I rarely comment on vid recipe but this is an exception. I've made this cake a few days ago. It was a hit! It took me about 6 hours to make it (plus the 4 hours of waiting for mousse to set), but worth every mins. So delicious. Thankyou for sharing this recipe.

It makes me so confused the gelatine 😂 I have a package which is written "15gr for 3 sheets" ... and yours are only 1.5gr for one gelatine sheet 😳 I will need to make some maths for another recipe that i wanted to try and combine both ~ Thank you for your precise recipe and it looks really delicious ☺️ i will try the glaze and next time your whole recipe 😊 🧡 Ps: love your decoration as well, will take it as an inspiration for my father's birthday 🥰
