You have the most beautiful landscapes and waterways to play in. I love the gorge area. The Leprechaun showers and unicorn tubs are beautiful. That is what my granddaughter calls small water falls. And the small pools at the base are for unicorns to water. If I lived anywhere near that area, I would be found sliding down the falls on my bum. Looks like fun.
Some lovely moss there. I do love it when moss forms a sort of natural upholstery on the boulders, especially when it is studded with little plants. If you threaded bits of pipestem together with wire you could probably make little figures. Which I think would be fun. Beautiful rocks & trees & everything there.Thankyou for sharing. Enjoyed it so much & found it so relaxing I watched it twice.
Thanks Sarah :) The moss almost make things look alive too, like a furry, living creature. Pipe stem figures ... what a clever idea! So glad you enjoyed the video and found it so relaxing :)
Very Arty Film this trip! And you've still kept Tom out of camera shots! Glad we all had our wellies on considering how much water we had to wade through. Great Gorgeous Gorge!
Thanks Salish Sea Quest :) Tom is still the man of mystery lol There was rather a lot of water, finished off by a good sprinkling of it when the rain started!
Beautiful 😍 I love old ruins! My father was a stone Mason, so I guess I now inherited the love of stoneworks! Georgous area! Interesting finds! Thanks for sharing!
@@LetsgowithTheJohnsons Wish I had photos, he made walls and outdoor stone grills looking much like those stone walls but mortar in-between the stones, oh and wonder fountains and fireplaces of huge river rocks!
What a lovely area. Nice to see again as Tom has traversed it in his video. Never tire of seeing Yorkshire. Your a adventurer Phil, traversing that cliff. Well done...again👍😳
This looks like fairy land to me! I wish I could live there. You’re right it’s a gorgeous gorge. I have been binge watching you and I have to say I love when you say “ alright lets get our welly’s on”. Not sure if I spelled that right. I just love you! You are favourites along with Northern Mudlarkers. Your land is so beautiful and so historic. Please keep the videos coming. Thank you for showing us you wonderful homeland. 🌹
Yes, some of the places we visit are truly magical, and it's great to hear how much you like them. Thrilled to know that you like our channel and that you're watching the back stock. With over 100 there's a lot of variety and we hope you continue having fun, as you "Pop your wellies on". Thanks for watching, it's lovely having you with us in UA-cam Land. 🙂😎🐼
Just found ya all today and imagine my surprise to find one of my favorite YT'er Tom's hand making a cameo. ha ha ha ha. I"m really glad I found you two. I am fast becoming hooked on your videos as well. xoxo from the USA. Happy treasure hunting! P.S. So much respect to both of you for maintaining his privacy.
We went river larking for the first time, we only found one piece of pipe stem but found some other interesting things. To be honest I am quite jealous of the locations you get to lark in, they are beautiful :)
At 4:18, at the bottom left-hand side of the screen, there is just the top of what looks like an old skeleton key sticking out of the mud. And you were so close!!! I so wish you would have seen it. That would have been a fantastic find. I was yelling at you, but you obviously were to engrossed in that manky old ball to hear me. Oh well. Next time, perhaps.
Pretty spot. I was worried when I saw Mr. and Mrs. stripy get muddy, but they soon got to solid ground. Those shuts of clear rock with water running down them are for sliding down Carolyn. We want more action next time. Phil had a good climb on his hands , but the finds were few and far between. Tell me is Yorkshire rain wetter that anywhere else?
Thanks :) I was a bit worried Mr & Mrs would end up stuck in the mud and I'd have to leave them behind!!!! I bet it would be fun to slide down the rocks if I were 40 years younger, but I no longer bounce when I fall over lol I would say that Yorkshire rain is about 100% wet ;)
What beautiful place. For some reason I'm very attracted to miss; you even have it growing on individual rocks. You see I live in the state of Arizona which is mostly desert and all greenery is so appreciated.
Gorgeous gorge indeed😉! I think Phil needs to put some hob nails in his boots before climbing slippery rocks🥺😬😁🥰of course I am a couple years late🤣. Lovely video, thank you both.
Great finds and stunning location, plus Phill never fell and died once ! Who's coat is that jacket ? Did you ever check out Exploring with Al and Ioan ? They go down big holes it's great
Here you go Agnes, although I am planning on using it for an art channel soon :) ua-cam.com/channels/jrjX5pTGD2Hglhfrn3JcQw.htmlfeatured?disable_polymer=1
I know what you mean, Sarah we saw a few terraces of houses where Nora Batty would have been right at home 😄 We loved watching that show for the scenery, and now we get to walk there ourselves, what a wonderful life we have 🙂😎🐼
I don't know why that Tom Burleigh is hiding behind a blur, I've got an idea he is very handsome but maybe its just the mystery that attracts me. If I find clothes when Im exploring I tie them to tree branches so they can dry out & then someone might take them & use them. Must have been a hot day when that person was there!
Well, I couldn;t possibly comment lol but I can say that he is a really lovely person :) That's a good idea with the clothes. We left them on the rocks, but the rain would ensure they had no chance of drying out!

Enjoyable lark. Nice to almost see the elusive Tom Burleigh.
Thanks Lorraine :) Yes, almost, but not quite lol
Wow what a beautiful place....

Such a beautiful place for your lark. Thank you so much for sharing it.
Thanks Malinda :) Glad you enjoyed it.
Beautiful location. Thank you.
Thanks wwofusdad :)
That was a beautiful hike!
Thanks Beth :)
It sure looks like some of those huge rocks could fall down at any time. But such a beautiful place.
It was a bit scary when I looked up and saw the hanging rock above Phil!!!
Beautiful! Best adventure yet! I love the look and the sound of waterfalls! Phil must be part mountain goat!😁💕
Thanks Jackie :) Ah, part mountain goat, that would explain it lol

I have always enjoyed your videos, you and Phil are such darlings. Looking forward to more of your outings, God bless! Tammy🌻
Thanks Tammy :) It's a lot more fun knowing that you all will be joining us on the adventure, even if it is a little after the event :)
Yay, Lots of pipe stems 😄! Near old country houses is a great place to look, we've found some of our best bits on old estates!
I love finding pipes, bowls or stems. One day, I'd love to find a whole one! We'll have to rummage around some old estates to see what we can find :D

I just loved this scenery. But looked a bit treacherous. You're both brave to take it on. Thank you for sharing I very much enjoyed it.
Thanks Debbra :) It was a bit scary at times. Very slippery and hanging rocks everywhere!
Beautiful video love the scenery, keep it up 😀👍
Thanks Jess :)

Thanks Kit & Caboodlers :) I am impressed that you found a bit of pipe stem on your first ever mudlark!

Are those rocks that look like dry stone walls natural or man made?
The rocks in the bridge area at the end are dry stone walling Sarah, but everything on the climb up was natural. Thanks for watching 🙂😎🐼
Like a mountain goat Phil, agility not looks🤗🌈
Well, that made me laugh lol Thanks :)
Phil is a dare devil
