Work for good people. Is what I took out of this lecture. It may reduce the risk for surprises and put you in a better position to ensure your interest will be preserved. Sometimes simple insights can have significant consequences on your outcomes. Maybe it should be defined as the information butterfly effect. In which random pieces of information you meet can have large impact on your future.
