    Came here after Ms.Prelogar's argument on two cases: SB8 and Mississippi. Hope she gets nominated to serve on the bench in the future.

    This video regularly shows up on youtube. I haven't entered a search for it or similar themed videos. I don't mind though. I quite like this video and the few other related videos I've seen and listened to. I've watched or listened to some of them multiple times. This is one of those videos that is easy to listen to more than once. Thankyou for sharing this video.

    Can anyone tell me whether the spacing between Justice Roberts and other panelists were done to recognize his elevated status? or was it for some other reason

    There are too many smart people out there having super-brains. Have lots of work load before I become competitive enough. That might takes forever. I wish I can be elloquent as much and have capacity to get through a program like this.

      Don't worry about your brain worry about your soul. Learning the law is to help uphold it. If he understood the law he might love it. As it is he knows it to subvert it. See my comments and don't hold your breath for his answer.

    People are forgetting that Chief Justice Roberts argued a ton of cases in the Supreme Court

    I really admire when counsel or perhaps even the adjudicating officers take the opportunity to bring a smile to my face when I am observing a matter as part of my assignment. Studying Law can otherwise, if not complemented with fun, expedite your journey towards death!

      Enjoy? Fine videos? I'm not sorry to disillusion you. We'll need you to replace ABA members on juries and the bench. Yes, you may be asked to preside over a civil or criminal matters. See my comments. The single practice of forging felony transcripts may start you questioning, investigating and acting on the information you gather.

      Would that that were now true! We must secure the blessings of liberty for ourselves and our posterity. You may be called on to take the bench and preside over more than s few civil or criminal matters. Prepare by knowing basic law and procedure.Thanks in advance for your anticipated service.     Very aware, that you and your colleagues are writing something. In reference to me, you can my first contact with Harvard, in my sophomore year in high school during the Head of The Charles, drinking so much in. Harvard dorm room that I slept a bit in a chair. Woke up, and we left as high schoolers drinking freely at Harvard.

    When the Second Circuit was in Daniel Patrick Moynihan at 500 Pearl Street, in the Ceremonial Court Room, the feeling for me during oral argument, I have a very clear recollection, was as if I was in the Emerald City before the Wizard of Oz.

      Justices have high security concerns, almost as high as the President. This may have had something to do with that.
