sir , I am myself a teacher , you teach fantastically and make the topic clear, please make much more videos of surgery topics 😍😍😍 I watched this video twice and I enjoyed it 😍😍😍😍
the correct reason is that because of alkalosis there is hypokalemia and because of volume depletion there is RAAS hyperactivity, but due to hypokalemia more of H+ is excreted rather than K+ by RAAS mechanism and hence the aciduria.
best dr ever, thanks for this great expalnation
Thank you sir, You are source of inspiration, Most amazing teacher 🙏🙏🙏

Woow this is soo.... good thank you DOC
@32:54 sir hco3 should be secreted,as there is already metabolic alkalosis why would we absorb more hc03

Thank you sir!
Thank you Sir 🙏
SIR ,I think to compensate for alkalosis bicarbonate must be lost not to be absorbed

@@drrrmgastro thank you sir 😊👍
Hello Dr, I saw your video about Thoracic Outlet Syndrome. Is it possible to cure neurogenic TOS without surgery or is surgery needed?
If there is any symptom always needs surgery
@@drrrmgastro Thank you for reply Dr. Is it possible to decompress the nerve through physical therapy/exercises? Thanks!
your reason for paradoxical aciduria is incorrect. in alkalosis body will never reabsorb bicarbonate, on the contrary it excretes more bicarbonate
the correct reason is that because of alkalosis there is hypokalemia and because of volume depletion there is RAAS hyperactivity, but due to hypokalemia more of H+ is excreted rather than K+ by RAAS mechanism and hence the aciduria.
