I'm a third year student of medical university and I have been learning medicine from your videos for 2 years. They helping me to pass exams and high grades. Thank you and hello from Uzbekistan🇺🇿
This videos are a marvelous addition to study the topics. I am so grateful for the ninja nerd team. Zach, from the bottom of my heart, thank you for all your philanthropic work.
I am a third year medical student... It's been very helpful to me by taking lectures on your channel... thank you so much brother...keep up the good work... respect from India
God I wish I had a GI doctor like you. I’ve been having severe gi problems for about 4 years and the VA doctors haven’t been able to figure it out. They have taken out my gallbladder and everything and still have so much trouble. Great video, I’ve been trying to learn as much as I can to help figure this out.
Your exceptional explanation has made a difference for me. Your ability to explain complex medical concepts with such clarity and depth is truly remarkable.❤
Think about the patients trying their best to figure all this out too , because they are desperately wanting to get heal. I am also speaking for myself . It's 100% Stressful . 4 years ago , I didn't know a thing about this health issues. I knew 2 people who died from Esophageal Cancer but NO PERSON EVER spoke about this medical issues , and I never knew a thing about it until I end up with a lot of health issues. Best luck in Medical Field and be honest with your patients , because they are going through a lot . Another suggestion, learn about Nutrition too .
you are great man ! thats all i can say about you i promise when i become doctor for first month getting my salary, i will donate half of that to you man ❤❤❤❤
If the gastrinoma increases the production of gastrin, why does it cause duodenal ulcers specifically? why not gastric ulcers too? Thanks for the video!!
Take it easy, man. This is a lecture specific to working up the aetiology of gastric (and duodenal) inflammatory disease, not necessarily a lecture on working up ALL the possible causes of epigastric pain. Yes, you'd need an ECG, but you'd also need other tests to rule out conditions like GERD (manometry, pH monitoring), gallstones (imaging, e.g., ultrasound), pancreatitis (amylase, lipase), and other non-luminal situations. You'd need more videos.
@@LoluOres-r3k bro I'm not criticizing any thing, i literally love ninja nerd and i know there are many other diseases can be presented by epigastric pain pain But i meant the most serious to be mentioned at least in the diagnostic approach, specially he mentioned an ECG to exclude acute coronary syndrome in the previous (GERD) video :)
Why u have to mention state brother india is great word to describe are locality Here some students who wrote country and show love to ninja nerd but no one mentioned their city or state
*What IF you don't take NSAIDs?* *Will that still apply to a person especially if you are explaining about it* 5:47 - 8:17 . I was tested for *H Pylori* and it was negative 8:18 - . The Test I was given Urea Breath Test and it was a BIG NEGATIVE ( . And I don't have any kind of Ucler to the stomach . I wanted that Test to make sure I don't have H Pylori . I do know H Pylori normally in emission. Something has to trigger it to wake up . I am ONLY SPEAKING IN LAYMAN TERM. I like to know how to heal Gastritis ????
thank you so much for your effort!!!.. idk if this the concept of clinical medicine lectures but I find it too short you usually go more in depth in explanation :(((.. but still this was a really great and awesome and straight forword lecture and I really appreciate all your work and I'm grateful for that (=^_^=) hope I can pay you back one day

Why not obtaining an ECG since epigatric pain could be a symptom of inferior MI?
