I ran into this problem yesterday as well which basically cut my game short. What you could try is save/reload as that solves some issues, but otherwise, make sure you have all the ramp related things in operations and that's all you can do if you connected everything right.
the 2021 game doesn't have underground belts? it has conveyor belt escalator down, but then nothing.
it keeps asking me if i want the flight to be delayed by one hour or not. how do i stop it from asking as i want no delays

my ramp agents does not go to the cargo bay
