    Hi Philly, thanks for the films! It’s really inspiring and entertaining watching your adventures.
    I’ve had a few opportunities to race on the track this year which I love as a change up from road. I haven’t bought spikes yet as I’ve heard a lot about inexperienced runners getting injured when they use spikes. Do you have any advice on how you can safely transition to spikes? I’m prone to shin splints which is making me even more cautious. Also see that there aren’t many track legal alternatives to spikes, even the Nike Streakfly are too high stacked. What to do!

    • @PhilyBowden
      @PhilyBowden  2 роки тому +1

      The new “super spikes” that are more conditioned are definitely easier on the legs! I’d just say try a few and see which your feet prefer. I believe if you buy Nike spikes direct you can send them back even after using them!
