Ham Radio Live, “The Worlds Radio Show,” because viewers support the channel financially to keep it going. It’s a very special group of people that watch this channel nearly daily. Thank you for that honor.
Ham Radio Live Show 230 is a special short show that shows the initial settings of a freshly opened Yaesu FTDX 10 transceiver. It also will show you the mouse that can control the transceiver, as well as transceiver settings that will help you get the most out of the transmitter.
The bands were pretty dead at the time of this show, nearly 3 AM Pacific time. But it was so important for me to share this moment with all of you because without all of you, this radio would be in inventory again at Ham Radio Outlet for sale.
I would’ve had to return it in order to pay for the computer that I need to be able to stream the shows to you.
But because 5 continents got together and chipped in money, The computer is now paid for and I could keep the transceiver to continue to help teach ham radio on the channel.
Here’s to the next 18 licenses that hopefully will get some help from “The Worlds Radio Show,” Ham Radio Live.

Thanks my friend. I’m probably not going to be the best to show digital modes because I really don’t do them. I’m sorry about that. I truly am. But I’ll see if I can find a video that does it. I’m just old fashioned... I like that microphone and hear the other persons voice on the other end.
I can tell you this for a fact… I’ve used many many radios in my life. This is the second best receiver I’ve never used.
But it’s so close to the best receiver I’ve ever used which is the FGDX101 series that it’s razor thin.

I did have one Fred but I sold it a few months ago to buy the flex 6500.
