Train simulator: Cab ride Haverhill to Chappel & Wakes Colne 1960

Video showing current progress on recreating the Colne Valley line between Chappel & Wakes Colne and Haverhill , along with the Bury St Edmunds branch from Long Melford, the Stour Valley route to Shelford and the Saffron Walden branch.
This video covers the Chappel & Wakes Colne - Haverhill section, the return journey of an earlier video. The recreation is centred on the period around 1959 - 1960, just before there were any major curtailments to service, however some sidings had already been removed in the mid 1950s.

The video also includes a brief look at each station as we drive down the route, before completing this leg of the journey at Chappel, finishing with a view of the viaduct.
