"Lieutenant Nixon thinks this is a can of peaches. That is incorrect, Lieutenant." Lt. Sobel, Easy Company, Band of Brothers. Just had to post this. You said a can of peaches and this jumped straight to the front of my mind. I remember taking my youngun's fishing and all the fun we had together. So good to see kids enjoying the outdoors instead of stuck inside sheetrock playing some stupid, mindless game on X-box.
@@fishinfool3795 lol I agree the outdoors is the best place for them to grow and learn although they do play some games we limit it, thank you for watching. We really appreciate it.
@@Brian-h8j thank you and we appreciate y’all watching and I grew up in Keota and never really fished that spot a lot but the last couple of years it’s becoming one of my favorites. It seems like there’s always something to catch there. It may not be what I’m after but I can usually catch something.
@@Brian-h8j I believe so up in the shallow water me and the kids were there once last year and that was the only area we could find a fish caught a couple of nice cats
I hope your dad is doing well. That's where we first met him! He was kind enough to share some tips for that area. Also as always lovely video! We enjoy watching you.
It was nice running into you at the creek this sat me and my little girl had a blast wading in the water and catching some pan fish hope to see you out again tight lines brother 🤘🏻🎣
Hey Johnny get you a couple of cast masters 1oz spoons and keep them with the catfish stuff always be ready for them. It will also work in the swift water side you'll thank me
@@Brian-h8j we might have to give it a try sometime maybe meet up over at the big rocks. My family calls that the old star bridge because before the lake was put in there was a bridge there across San bois Creek.
Nice trip

She almost ready to cast her on
Yes, she is. She’s pretty good with a small rod and reel. We practiced at the local lake a lot.
