So i purchased a Samsung watch 6 classic 47mm and it says its unlocked however after reaching out to Tmobile and using there site to checkbthe IMEI# it says to contact the previous carrier to unblock the watch but how do i find out who the previous carrier was?

@vidstube thanks I understand now after 4 days of speaking with tmobile reps and finally technical support. I didnt know that there is no longer a separate phone number for the watch if you have an LTE. However you can still make and receive calls etc if you leave your phone at home. I was told that it was due to a software change by samsung

Hi Vidstube. I have a galaxy watch active 2 that shows it's charging on 2 of my Samsung chargers and it charges until the indicator light turns green for max capacity. However the watch face is completely black. I can't access the recovery mode either. Do you know any way to force a software reset or repair the hardware

I've got a watch 5,I got it as a gift from my Grandpa, the watch can't be paired to a new phone I tried hard reset and soft reset but it keeps rejecting to be paired, the option to transfer watch is not appearing,I tried all possible ways including updating the softwares on my S20 fe and on the watch but still failing, is this because the watch is still paired to my Grandpa's phone ? I connected the watch on my other A04, and it connected with Bluetooth only for calls, and without the wearable app, I literally gave up, no access to play store, needs me to copy the account from the phone,when I to connect with the app it tell me to reset the watch, after resetting, same issue continues

My galaxy watch 4 just shut off and now won't charge or boot up. Gets to 2% then shuts down saying 0%. Now when when I place it on the charger it opens up to the recovery page then shuts back off and repeat

@@vidstube yes it does nothing. Did the factory reset in recovery, turn it on get the the welcome screen then the pairing screen then it shuts off. Put it back on the charger lighting bolt comes on goes to 2% then shuts off and won't show lighting bolt till I take it off and place it back on.. right now I have it sitting off the charger to hopefully it completely drains the battery. Hoping that it's in some type of boot loop.

I sold this phone and I just reset to factory dater but did not remove my watch and after turning on the watch on now to connect to my new phone after the welcome screen I have the language then country and after choosing this and pressing ok the phone just keeps going back to laugage can you help ?

Hello! I have a watch4 classic 42mm.. the problem is that it doesn't see my bluetooth anymore and I have no way to connect it to my phone. When I select recovery mode it leads to a screen that says 'resetting' then just goes into a normal boot, no recovery options at all

Mine continues to boot loop even in recovery mode. Wonder if something similar is happening to you

My watch 4 classic crashes out before you can choose from the menu to factory reset it.... beyond frustrated
