How to use layers in kleki.com

This is a video I created for my high school Art 1 students who are working from home during the quarantine. Kleki is a free browser based digital painting program that I recommend to students who have limited supplies at home or just want to try something new.
The assignment was to create a real or imagined landscape that highlights the art element of space. This video shows me creating a landscape but serves mostly to explain how layers work and why you would use them rather than a full description of the assignment.

How to move and rotate individual layers

I have found a way to do this. If you use the perspective tool, you can move all four point of the perspective and it will move the individual layer.
