As a non-religious person, this is completely unacceptable. The Bible means so much to Christians as much as the gay flag means to the LGBTQ community and all of those groups. Doing it in your house is fine. In a concert full of people, not.
Please get a grip on reality. Religion and these lumps of paper have actively endorsed, advocated for, been used to justify, encouraged or even caused - slavery, child marriage, homophobia, wars, genocides and far far more. it influences our politics, our children, our views. All based off an imaginary (in this case) zombie man who died on a stick. Written by random liars from thousands of years ago. It influences critical thinking, believing off faith as justification leads to a lack thereof, leads people to believe in conspiracy theories. Burning one of (literally) 3 billion copies offends people and you’re like “noooo disrespectful” Unbelievable. Absolutely unbelievable.
