@@gabrieldannyelo8928 no it does not. While it may seem that way, most students while learning vibrato are restricted by their tension, not the flexibility of their joints. No matter how flexible you are, if you play with tension nothing will end up sounding correct. Along with that hyper flexibility would only be a damaging component, as vibrato does not need to be exerted using too much movement; it shouldnt be overly wide, and even if there was an effect of the flexibility it would only be harmful, as vibrato is only seen and needed as a garnish, it is most of the time subtle. Its incredibly naive to say that “hyper flexibility” in your fingers contributes to a better or easier vibrato
@@gabrieldannyelo8928 i dont have hyperflexibility, and even i sometimes overextend my knuckle while doing vibrato. Its natural, no “super power” necessary

I really Find it difficult to hold the violin and move my wrist the right way.. I end up moving the whole instrument 😢
Do you have a shoulder rest? I had the same issue but everything felt much easier after getting a shoulder rest
@@beno_oI have a shoulder rest, but it tends to be uncomfortable. And I looked up how to position it correctly but it seems to not stay if I try to position it comfortably. 🤷🏼♀️
@@DJ_Animations you can actually buy longer nails to increase the height of the shoulder rest (incase the issue is with your neck being too long) but I recommend you to seek advice from your teacher first 👍

That would help, but exercises like moving your finger and sliding on the string until it gets smaller and starts to wiggle like vibrato helped me learn.

Maybe ya should try and play some stuff from em'? Their songs "And Plague Flowers the Kaleidoscope" and "Misericorde II - Anatomy of Quiescence" are great songs to begin with, Tim Charles is a very talented violin player.

I don't know if this one is miracle or something like that, but it happen to me.. the fact that i stop practicing violin for 3 years just because i always failed when learn vibrato make me laugh even harder, after i stop practicing and always get angry when seeing violin i said that one things like "okay if i can't play this shit, I'll throw this violin!" And i decided to try before throw my violin away and give up, but suddenly i can do the vibrato😂 i was like "damn what was that?! Is this a miracle?"😂
