To much info, to much happening on screen, the old ones are much better.

This is a fallacy of generalisation. Sales people think everything is sales, marketing people think everything is marketing, computer scientist view the world computationally. I resent the idea of generalising everything under one blanket by defining words to your own liking. Everything is sales.. sure by looking everything trough a narrow sales perspective. It might seem so, but just as well you could argue that everything is computing, self expression, society, relationships and so on.

By seeking the analogy that best suits himself and applying it to everyone he has failed at "attunement".

The video is more about the persuasion than sales as in selling a product in old school way.. Also, how to convince others to see something in a different way.

The view of the work studio at the end was mind blowing, and really fits well the video message

I really love RSA's work, but this one is just way too fast. Don't worry about lenght, most of your audience will sit through a 10 minute video if they're following it.

Love the content, but felt like the animation had too much conflicting text for me to fully comprehend the dialogue, due to cognitive overloading.

I really like the idea behind this series but find that there is too much "noise" in the video. Too much detailed drawings and captions and things that take away from the message. I find myself struggling to focus because I'm constantly looking all over the place because I don't want to miss anything. Maybe simplify the future drawings?

I realize you're trying to improve the production value with the animated special effects, but I personally prefer the original drawing style best.

That's it? Be human. If it was that easy everybody would be human.

Sorry but this video is not convincing enough for a video on persuasion.
It's all over the place and there's way too much noise, I get it it's trying to mimic a sales pitch.
But again, it's seems disorganized and misdirected.
I like the artistic idea behind it but they're not trying to sell art with this video.
I think it's definitely a miss opportunity on the message they are trying to convey.

    ALWAYS. BE CLOSING.
    ATTUNEMENT. BUOYANCY. CLARITY.
    Curate and focus in, eh?
    Empathy. Resilience. Humanity.
Come to think of it, I was a pretty good salesman. A lot of it was just taking a customer by the hand and explaining where stuff is, a brief tutorial of what it does, and varied options.
All too often, that human touch of empowering the customer with relativity, options, and control can make all the difference.
Sex appeal and friendliness, however, work even better (dammit).

It is a two edged sword.
The problem with everyone being in sales means that everyone becomes a commodity. Even if you resist this, there is no way to avoid being sold.
Ethics goes out the window. To believe that your competition is going to operate within certain unwritten boundaries is unrealistic.
The ABC's of persuasion is marketing. Sales may seem like a more benign term with less negative connotations, but with every single thing being a potential sales item and every single person having to be a sales rep., there is no way to stop it from degenerating into a skin trade once that slide occurs.

Is it as short as fast. I guess "a little bit more human"? Hmmm...not in my case. Yet it has a tinie-minie point.
    Congratulations! ;)

I wish you had added "Is it possible that the other person’s way of seeing things will be better?" You have to be willing to be convinced as the other person may have better ideas. sometimes rather than plug the holes in your boat, you jump ship to the other person's viewpoint. but this was a nice start, Mr. Pink. My invitation: just meditate more to see deeper and more expansively.
