your movement was a level above either of theirs and your strongest asset. Your shot selection was probably your second asset, as it was terrific. You'd think the second guy would have stopped trying to run around his backhand to hit the inside-out forehand, which opened the court for you, almost daring you to go for the down the line backhand. I guess he's never seen as good a down-the-line backhand as yours. It is amazing. Unstoppable.
I'd say it's time for you to do what DJokovic did. You're a quality player at the pros, with one shot, the backhand, that's world class. You're movement and tentelligence is world class. It's time for you to work on serve and forehand, whatever it takes, to take those to the next level, just as Joker did. It won't be easy but to be up there with the best these days you have to have it all. And I'm not saying there's anything wrong with either, but they just aren't as good as your backhand.
I agree with Giron's advice, and I do like your new forehand, and the strong stance and strength you get on it. Let's just think about getting about 10 million reps on it, until it is as amazing as your backhand.

Jeez i hate forced grunters like the guy in the final.. its more of a habit rather than "exhaling"... If players like you Karue who are more than decent at the game can play without making any sounds, that means everyone can. Trying to intimidate/throw off your oponent by shouting like a cat in heat is just too scummy for me
Edit: i've seen some people in the comments saying that most people complaining/hating on grunters dont play tennis. I actually never played seriously untill now at 24, i indeed never participated in a tournament(amateur) before, but i will at the end of the month, so im curious about how my mental is gonna be if i encounter one of these grunters

Basically pros banging each other's brains out. These videos show just how big the gulf is between pros and Joe's. I still say hook up with an ATP pro and try to break in the senior circuit through doubles. Already in your thirties the grind to the top seem too hard. It might mean coming through the back door but at least you get in. Who knows, you might build up enough points to play a high ranked player. The way you handled Taylor, even though it was a practice match, you handled your business. I remember watching a video of you beating Chris Eubanks when the both of you were in college way before you became a UA-cam influencer. Who knows you may be able to play both of those guys and deliver the same results. Just old school observation.

Love the offensive shots (in these cases: drop shots) on a few short ball situations. I know you don't like my criticism but you should keep improving your recognition and anticipation of the short ball, even on clay, and have your options available for taking more risk in those situations. This is a clear difference that is obvious to see between ranking levels. The best at it that i've seen on the top tour level, in my experience was Federer, if you became the best at it imagine what that might lead to in terms of ranking. That is achievable, by you and really anyone. It isn't some non trainable tennis skill. And, it doesn't matter what my matches might look like to you, what matters is the information provided and can it help you rise to your highest level. I was there with Martin as far back as Bassett before you were born. Congratulations on your win.

Nice playing! Any insights into what happened to Gomez? 90th 18 months ago and now back to almost 800. Injury maybe?

I saw another video you were mentioning you are coming back to your old Vcore 95 ( which i though was the correct move) but after watching this video i think stick to the percept model as your game is at its peak.
Great ground strokes, serving and net play.
Keep up the great work Karue 😃😃
