Top 500 ✅ Breaking career high is the next target! Also guys, don’t forget to hit that like button. Let’s help Turning Pro At 30 grow. Appreciate you all!
He has great hands but you consistently won the battle of court positioning. Smart tennis.
🎉🎉 nice job! Like the quick before after thoughts format. Appreciate the match editing! Good luck!
Congrats Karue! Very gutsy, hardfought win. You hit some great dropshots, volleys in that last game.
Kareu your court placement is good, because you hit some nice tight pockets and angles on the court to pull people off it that's what my coach also taught to drive that way but some of your drives do get little bit loose at times with the net., make them a little more tighter with the net so you don't give too much hangtime on your returns you might get away with that with beating the 700 level guys but maybe not work as well as you come into the top 100-500 guys who are stronger faster opponents so you will need to keep the ball tight with these higher level guys in order to stay with them.... Tighten up the screws a little more often on these guys than what it is at the moment and you should be ok.
Bro I saw you play in Harlingen you were freaking solid keep growing best of luck of luck bro letsssss goooooo
this wasn’t stressful to watch at all 😅😂
Not at all🤣
HA HA yep
Lies! 😂🎉
Thanks to this full match recording I was sweating for 40 minutes 👀
After throwing that first game of the third, I was thinking the worst!
That 2nd last point omg what a shot. Well done!
that was pure adrenaline ahhaha
Post-match clip on your feelings about the match is great! If you feel like pre-match puts added pressure on you then don’t do it but it’s also good to see. Keep it going Karue!!
I will keep pre match short and post match more comprehensive
@@MyTennisHQ I personally dont care much for the pre-match. But the post-match was awesome!
I think everyone would agree that you should only do pre if it helps you. It might help focusing on your objectives. Up to you, of course. Post is great, though after the win it was always going to be. 👍👏👌
I find prematch useful because you cannot lie about the game plan. It can be as short as just what you try to achieve in the match
when it is over, he can look back what went well as plan and what not-as well as the improvisation during the match. This would actually help Karue as well as the audience to improve and reflect
Rubio Fierros is a world class retriever. Tough opponent. First set saw Karue miss too many balls on the net, but last set was able to keep more consistent and go tothe net. Good job Karue, hope you win tomorow.
great player. Been winning a lot of matches
I live in San Diego and came to this match to watch you. It was really exciting to see you up close after watching so many of your technical videos and following your career. You've taught and inspired me so much, thanks Karue!
Absolute warrior Karue!!! Way to battle mate and finding a way to win that second set and take it over. Just so solid and moving well.
Gotta find a way!
I'm proud of you, bro. Thank you for taking ALL of us to the top 500!
Thanks for riding with me!
YOU PLAYED GREAT!!! Serve and volley on matchpoint is CRAZZY!! lol. Great job, Karue. Always a pleasure following your journey - Munish, TW
Hey! Thank you. Email me so we can collaborate
Making him work hard for every point really paid off in that third set! Congrats Karue!!
Yeah that was my intention
CONGRATS KARUE!!! KEEP IT UP!!! And thanks for posting on these days. Even small uploads are appreciated. Thanks for taking all of us along on this journey!
thank you. Finding a better balance now between content and playing. The more matches I can record the better
Congrats Karue!! So proud of your accomplishments ! All that hard training certainly paid off…you were moving so well…
appreciate it
CONGRATULATIONS Karue. Love you my brother. You are a truly wonderful man. I am very proud of you and what you are doing to encourage some of us that all things are possible. Cheers
Congrats, Karue! Love the format of this one (and seeing every point, so educational) but whatever works best for your process, we're here for it.
I think I can do this format more often in the future
It is really important to understand, how long the rallies can be. The highlights of matches usually have short points.
Congratulations Karue! I do love this format of quick reaction. If recording your matches puts too much pressure on you, then focus on you and don't record. We will still support you.
Congratulations!!! I watched the entire match and it felt close the whole time. I have been following for a bit and love seeing you make your way up the ranks. Great job!
I just become and more impressed every time I see Karue playing these tough matches. It just seems like nothing fazes you and you're always able to grind them down and come back and take the match. Impressive.
haha they definitely faze me but I’m just experienced now and more aware of “bad thoughts”. So I can shake it off and hope to execute my shots. If I don’t and I lose then too good
Congrats Karue, you’re an inspiration with the mental toughness throughout all the discouraging moments of this match. I have a weak mental game, and the missed breakpoint conversions, consistent opponent, unforced errors would all get me down. But u stayed in there and never slowed down, hats off to you 🫡
Outstanding my man!.....Inspiring to say the least......Great great stuff!!!!....Keep it rolling
Congratulations!!!!!!!!!! You seem like a really good guy, all around! Thanks for sharing your journey with us!
amazing, I really enjoy these series, hearing your thoughts, seeing your progress - love it, good luck out there!
Congratulations my dude! You almost gave me a heart attack watching this match! You should be proud of yourself for pulling out this huge victory! I am so happy for you my dude. I look forward to seeing your next match and hopefully one day seeing you at the U. S Open! GOD bless you and yours my friend.
Loved this! Huge congrats K. Many of his shots seemed like they were clearly out but I guess our camera angle was tricking my mind a little.
The way you change directions so clean in this game would make me throw up and probably I would bust a hip in the process. Would rather be on a roller-coaster...lol.
Again huge congrats man. I'm sure I'm not the only one with this thought but, we're all super proud of you and thanks for taking us through this journey.
Top 450 next!
M
Great job man! fighting mentally all the way until the end -Good stuff - enjoy the win and let’s keep moving 💪
Excellent play, keep posting. I take a lot from your videos, they really help my own game and mindset.
What a battle! Thanks for sharing this match and congratulations on your continued rise up the rankings.
Savage my man, well deserved Karue! It's been great keeping up with you!
Awesome mate! Love the rhythm you play with AND the post match reaction!
Congratulations 🎉 great. Appreciated for all videos given.
Congrats, man! You're an inspiration.
Amazing! Congrats man! So inspiring
Great match. On the edge of my seat with every point. My daughter and I have been watching your matches together. Good luck!
That was a grinder! So many points given away. Draw confidence from the fact that even when you are not playing your best you can still win. Way to dig deep. I saw no signs of fatigue that you showed in the last tournament. Keep up the great work!!
Great way to hang tough and get the win! I was stressing watching a bunch of your shots find the net in the first set but you got it straightened out in the second. So cool to be following you in your campaign.
Great job! Great match! You really toughed it out and showed poise and character.🙌
Wow! I’m so glad for you, hell of a job! 👏🏼👏🏼 The last set was excellent and the last game outstanding.
Awesome!! Congrats Karue💯❤️
Congrats man! I decided to pick up tennis again after a long break from high school. I'll be playing at my first USTA tournament in 14+ years next month and your videos push me to keep training!
An absolute battle. You're insane dude! That guy was so good and you beat him! You were so so warmed up and playing amazing towards the last quarter. CONGRATS SELL!!!!
Well done Karue! Been following you for a while now and as a fellow tennis player, continue your journey into the top 300!
Great to watch. Good luck in the final 👏👏
Great video Karue this is exactly the kinda content I like from you
This was a great video. I enjoyed the format
Thanks for taking us on the journey. It was incredible to watch you struggle to find your game initially but hang in the pocket, grind him down with ball movement and solid serving, and ultimately triumph with selective aggression and clutch shots in big moments. Courageous tennis even if you didn't feel it was your best level. To hear your post-match thoughts/analysis was the cherry on top. Onwards and upwards!
Parabéns, te acompanhando do Brasil!
This is such a good match!! I've got the French open finals cued up and I literally keep switching back to watch this recorded match instead... Good stuff man!
Incredible congratulations!!
Congrats! Very tense and your opponent - who played well - had the game to use that..Good fight. Enjoy the final!
Amazing work! love your game. you hit such a heavy ball!
great match karue! nice to see you coming forwards a bit more here, definetly made the difference
What a comeback! You weren’t yourself in the first set, and grinded it out in the second, but finished amazingly. Very inspirational. And don’t worry so much about the format of your content pre-match, but I would be very interested to hear you talk through your thinking and where your head was at at pivotal moments of the game, a bit of a post-match review. Especially, where your head was it, when you dug yourself out of a hole. Thanks, Vince
Loved watching your matches that weekend and getting a picture with you. I learned so much watching. I hope you will get another shot at Learner Tien in the future. Thanks for the great tennis.
That was a great watch and a great match, I enjoy this type of content.
That's awesome, congrats!
Tough match, but you managed to get through it.
Must feel good to be top 500!
That was cool! Nice win! Congrats!
Congrats on the hard fought match and making it to the top 500. Watched every second of it. 2nd to the last point was beautiful!
Nice match! This camera angle really lets you see the heigth of the shot and also the lateral and vertical movements you have to make. Dunno why pro tennis is always shown from that very very high perspective shown on TV. Really liked it, thanks! Keep it going
Your serving really well, keep up the great work, I've been following the journey and it's inspirational
thank you! Decent serving week for sure. Getting there
Congrats on the win!!! That was fun to watch. Way to fight back.
Great work. Congrats.
Amazing way to fight your way all the way to victory! You are totally correct; you gotta learn how to win without playing well. A win is a win. Congratulations on breaking into the top 500!!!
Loved watching it. That was a GRIND
What a match dude, gutsy! You were clearly not at your best but these matches are worth so much…Keep the post match reaction going for sure. Congrats 🎉
Great job! Great mental strength!!
Congrats Man! You're an inspiration🎾
Thank you!
Congrats on the top 500. Huge accomplishment and a tough match. Love this kind of content.
Great job Karue! I could feel the nerves, what a ride!
I love how you make your volleys look so smooth and effortless.
Congrats Karue! You're in an inspiration to us guys in our 30s striving to get better every day
Congrate Karue, an amazing win! That looked like a real grind and the match came down to that key break midway through the 3rd.
You weren't your usual aggressive self but as you say, youwont always be playing your vest and you ground and hustled the match out.
Lets go and win the final!💪👊👊
Great match! And congrat!!
Congrats Karue, well done!! Amazing match, I am loving to follow you journey. Go Brasil!
Karu!!! From racket reviews to turning pro and killing it! I’ve been following you from the beginning. Hope this is your Cinderella story 💪
You played well. Move fluidly, anticipate well. Congrats. It was fun watching.
Congratulations. Well deserved!
Got out of my chair in the office and cheered when your backhand return hit the line then fearhand winner to take the 5-4 lead 38:50. Then you brought out the short slice draw plays and serve and volley like it was nothing ftw. Wallmart Nalbandian clutch playing man. 👊🏽
hahah wish I could have seen that
This was really exciting to watch. That break point at 4-4 3rd set was HUGE. I was like "come on!" in my living room watching this! Let's go Karue!
Great game perspective. Easy to analyze
Congrats ON TOP 500! Way to go!! Last 2 points AWESOME!!! Keep it up!!!
WOW! What a nail-biter! Great job in the third set with the sustained aggression. You played with win it, not not to lose it. Kudos!
Congrats. Amazing resilience you seemed so calm on court.
Congrats! You never gave up and that crushed his spirit. That was more exciting than the women's Roland Garros final.
KARUUUEEE. That last game was clutch. After losing the break at 4-3, you really found your composure to finish in style. Good on you man. Onwards! 🤙
What a great win! Rubio is so strong defensively and you found a way to keep him moving and win those clutch points. It's a pleasure watching you grind out your first (of many) top 500 wins (506 is close enough).
What a game! Congratulations 🎉
Congrats! Good stuff. Go Karue!
Congrats karue. You conserved energy and had good aggresion at the end. Loved the serve and volley tactic at the end. Great win!
Congratulations Karue 👏👏👏 Last game serving for the match was brilliant!
I always love the post match handshake. It's a battle, but then you thank your opponent for the challenge at the end.
A+ content, great W Karue!
Vamos Karue!!! keep grinding man!
Vamos! Mental games on point. Win or lose I'm loving the progression and honest recaps 👍
Hello Karue looks like those training sessions with Giron are paying off he just beat Rublev in straight sets ! I APPRECIATE this tennis site more than others cause you are a modern player who has a true ATP game! learning alot on your site!
What a match! Always amazing to watch a pro match where you get the feeling one of the players is superior and should be winning (Karue), maybe due to game style (felt like you have a bigger arsenal than Rubio and were the aggressor), but the reality is it's all match ups and him obviously being a top player as well gives you nothing, is ready to take points if you lower your level even the slightest bit and made you think a lot about your "risk profile" that Roddick mentions a lot on his podcast. Legs legs legs! Good luck Karue! This channel has been a breath of fresh air after a couple of decades of being a massive tennis nerd with a competitive level (albeit mega low lol) looking for something with a bit of nuance and showing the actual grind out there. Love it!
Yes voice over analysis, camera behind the players. Congrats
너무 멋지네요.. 축하해요!!!
That, was a great win! You never gave up. As soon as he tossed his racquet on the ground, I knew you were in his head. Congrats.
Grats man! Recovered well!
thank you!
Great win man. Your point construction looked patient/deliberate in that third set.
40:00 what a shot to bring up MP!!
