JHOPE is pure fire!! Love this song & the performance is great . He's not just the 1st Asian to perform but also the headliner for Lollapalooza. Great, great show ! Our guys will continue to amaze & surprise you during your journey. Enjoy but always expect the unexpected bc we are speaking about BTS after all 💜
That's what I really love about BTS and their solo work, you just don't know what you're going to get and that is so exciting!
Jhope is the one member that hardly has any connections from the person he portrays as a member (literal sunshine, ray of happiness) and his music, he is very serious in this particular album and I absolutely love it! He shows his many layers that go beyond only being an idol with one personality.
My personal favorites are "Arson" and "What If" as both of them go through the questions of his personal life and his future, very raw and real
J Hope has a lot of different offerings. Just dive in head first. From Daydream to Arson...
I'm definitely really excited to check out more of his music! Diving in head first!

Totally!! I'm very VERY new to them but I wasn't expecting this at all.
That release in that musical genre was a surprise for ARMYs because JHope is a rapper. But actually he is so much more. Sometimes light and sun (Ego) sometimes darker!

Cuando se estrenó More, me sorprendió mucho porque estábamos acostumbrados a un tipo de música más colorida de parte de Hobi (J-Hope). Pero este nuevo estilo musical de él me encantó, More es mi canción favorita de Hobi hasta ahora 💜

J Hope is know as our Sunshine Rapper but yeah he can be just as full on as RM & Suga (aka Agust D).
I love More the Rock chick in me love's it but it's the lyric's that get me.
(btw: V of BTS is hiding in the MV as they support each other's solo work. V went to give moral support and food and ended up in the MV. He's in the office scene.
J Hope was taken on as a Rapper because he was a Street Dancer with a Hip Hop Street Dance Crew NEURON when he arrived at the company there were RM and Suga (aka Agust D) from the underground Rap Scene as Rappers (Suga was also a Producer) and there were other Rappers as well. J Hope wanted to Rap and join in with them so he asked for some advice Suga and RM gave him some help I think others did as well.
He started writing lyrics and practices with RM and Suga and then started to join in.
All 3 Rappers have different styles that they play around with expand they are versatile. etc
So you don't always know quite what you're going to get.
More is from his album Jack In the Box bit darker than the his previous Hope World and different from his new Album Hope on the Street, but all 3 are J Hope.
Is hard to have a favorite song from him, he has so many great songs, I love his albums ❤

If you haven't recorded a reaction to V yet, his latest song, Fri(end)s has what I consider a do-wop sound. Love it!
For your second round of solos, you might want to check out Still Life by RM (mv), Moon by Jin (live performance on the Enjoy BTS More YT channel), Amydala by Agust D (mv; has real life experiences by Suga, you might want to find an explanation video), Outro: Ego by J-Hope (mv), Filter by Jimin (live performance; I prefer the Day 1 version), Singularity by V (mv or live), and Seven by Jungkook (mv). Moon, Ego, Filter, and Singularity will actually have BTS as the artist even though they are solos.
For the group, you might want to check out the 2019 MMA performance. You will forget that this is an award show performance and think it's a concert! It's just under 40 minutes and worth every second! There's quite a few songs. I'll miss some because I'm doing this from memory... Persona, Boy in Luv, Boy with Luv, Mikrokosmos, an interlude where each member performs briefly to a BTS song, then the finale is Dionysus.

You talk a lot over the video. Hard to tell if you’re actually listening to it.
You realize it may be popular Korean music, but not actually K-pop. K-pop as a music industry is different than BTS’s music.
Kpop literally means korean popular music. Just because BTS has done every genre doesn't mean they are not kpop as the pop in kpop does not stand for the pop we know.
That's why the umbrella term kpop is so big and there are many kpop groups who do not follow pop-style
@@dragonixheli5474 agree. RM said in one of his lives before enlistment that (paraphrasing) of course they do kpop; Kpop is a good brand. Why wouldn't he claim it?
Please please please please react to We are bulletproof the eternal by BTS. It is such a great and emotional song.
In my humble opinion, I think one needs to be very familiar with BTS history to feel the full impact of Eternal. It is one of my favorite songs, and I still shed tears. I have watched reactors who are new to BTS watch this MV. They have no idea what any of the images of the video mean; they recognize one or two things from a previously watched MV, but do not see the journey. Newbies without BTS history do not understand the pain that BTS is expressing in the lyrics.
