I had same problem before a year, did biopsy and the result is just a fat lump, did surgery. Lump was about 1.3 kg weight. After surgery I suffered a lot for 2 months. Every 3 month once I took scan. Now no issues. Siddha dr recommend to take black jeera water daily twice to avoid such lumps. Take 2 glasses of water and add 1 teaspoon of kalonji, let it boil and reduce to one glass, add pinch of homemade turmeric powder and have it in empty stomach and before bed. It gives amazing results in many health issues
