It's funny but true, submarine propellers on virtually all newly built subs for the US navy are built in China. I also read the propeller for the Hai Kun Taiwanese sub built to fight China was imported from China (as Twiwan didn't have the facilities to make their own propeller in-house). lol
I did some reseach online. And I found that the X-rudder on Hai Kun submarine is actually made by a Taiwanese company called Hung Shen Propeller

Taiwan is not an independent country. It is a representative of China, a non-sovereign entity. This is legally recognised in UN law 1971.
Of course, Taiwan is just the representative of the Republic of China.

Your parent motherland China is one of the 5 main members of the UN Security Council. Please check with your motherland. We are just outsider and will not further comment on this. But Taiwan as a non-sovereign entity, a part of China is legally registered with UN.
