Michael Jackson reaction, reaction to dangerous album reaction, First time hearing Keep The Faith reaction
I highly recommend the live performances e.g. 1995 MTV Video Music Awards. I love Michael's performance. For me, this remains one of Michael's strongest performances in general.
There is also an amazing live performance of dangerous on the German tv show Wetten dass...
everyone sayins 1995 yes, but hes gonna see the 1993 one soon enough since he is doing MJs career in chronological order
@erenyeeagah204 93 version was still awkward in places.. he hadn't perfected the routine yet. By the 95 VMAs it was practically flawless
The 1995 MTV video Awards Performance is a Favorite of Mines; I believe You will Really Enjoy it.🔥🔥🔥
your 1st reaction was funny!! Michael had a thing for going out & recording sounds .. cars, trains, banging on things, etc. He actually hired people to go out & get sounds so it would be new & innovative!😂
you NEED to watch a live performance of this song
“Dangerous” ~ This was the title track of Michael Jackson's 1991 eighth solo studio album. It was intended to be the tenth single to be taken from Dangerous. However the plans were scrapped after the first false allegations of child sexual abuse were made against MJ in August 1993. The meaning of the song has many interpretations the obvious one is it’s about a girl who is too "Dangerous" or too risky to deal with/go out with, the song has similar themes to Jackson’s 1987 song, “Dirty Diana”: It talks about a seductress whom Jackson falls for, even though he knows she is no good for him. The other interpretation/meaning is the woman is a metaphor for the record industry executives who only wanted to use MJ as a tool to have financial gain or use him as a example and punish him for their own personal benefits. Michael is a great songwriter, entertainer, and music artist. And all artist’s work can be seen on many levels as to appeal to or be interpreted in some way by everyone. Michael Jackson is the modern day Shakespeare. The song was written and composed by Michael Jackson, Bill Bottrell and Teddy Riley and produced by Jackson and Riley. Riley recalled that this song, "Was about a woman who was just so beyond, you know, beyond the best girl he's ever been with." He added: "That was the name of the album, so we thought about doing a song called Dangerous, and Michael came up with the hook. So I said, 'Let me get into the music'. I went to my lab and put the track together. The track evolved: Michael came in with the hook, I did the music and then we finalized the song. We used a drum machine, the Akai MPC-60, and a lot of the sounds from that and samples I had on my sample CDs. There's no science to it, I just feel my way through the production. I always feel my way - I never do anything the same." said Teddy Reilly. The lyrics about the strange woman with a mouth smoother than oil were taken from Proverbs 5:3-5 in the Bible. The passage warns against allowing a seductive woman to lead you down the wrong path, which Jackson seemed all too happy to do. "But I loved it," he sings of her touch, "'Cause it's dangerous." Until he ultimately sees she’s no woman he could see himself ever indulging into a relationship with in any form or fashion with the lyrics sung by Jackson “Take away my money, throw away my time, you can call me honey, but you’re no damn good for me” (This song right here truly embodied everything MJ from the “Hee Hee’s” to the breathes in between his vocals he’s off the leash here and it’s incredible his versatile way of vocalizing on this record reminds me of his Staccato singing on the songs “Smooth Criminal” & “Blood On The Dance Floor” it’s so unique but it works cause MJ is such an adaptor and he has so many styles of singing etc. Michael Jackson Is Thee Greatest Singer Of All Time For Eternity! See that’s the power of MJ you can't really directly compare male to female singers. Because females are naturally in the soprano's range. However,no singer has a distinct tone, voice, character and range comparable to that of Michael Jackson. Every world class opera singer can sing like Mariah,or anyone for that matter But nobody can sing like Michael Jackson and still sound nearly as great as him in the history of mankind. This same applies to his live performances and dance moves etc. also his production is off the chain he is so musically inclined I truly believe that actually scrap that I know no other artist could make songs like these as we see off Dangerous but Michael cause he was an innovator a true visionary and by being that he revolutionize a entire genre and music in general you can’t speak music without one man Michael Joseph Jackson PERIOD! Long Live The King Of Music Forever!🙌🏽👑🖤🔥🌟)
I see people already suggesting the 1995 VMA performance. Rightfully so because that performance is AMAZING!!!!! He doesn't do the whole song on that, though. Also, there are two songs from the HIStory album he does, so you might want to wait on that. For the WHOLE DANGEROUS SONG, you want to watch the '93 AMAS. I believe that's the first time he performed it. Also, the '93 Dangerous tour Argentina. Great reaction as always😁😁😁
"The girl waa BAD
The girl was DANGEROUS" I love the fact that he decided to include the name of his 2 albums lol
You need to see the 1995 MTV Music Awards performance of this song. You need to see the entire performance. He does clips of a few of his songs. Slash is killing it on the guitar. Then he does Dangerous then You Are Not Alone which is on the HIStory album
Yes! But whole performance
Trust me i will 100% get there :D
@@SephPlaysYou won’t regret it!
@@SephPlays can't wait
Michael Jackson A True Genius may he Rest in peace
9:16 I believe it's: "she('s) just, she('s) just, hoo!"
Great reaction as always!
Song ends then right back to Jam. That was me growing up. LOL.
I love Michael Jackson so much. Not just as an artist, but as a human being. He is a great role model to me ❤
This track is even more explosive when performed live!!! Fun fact: Michael was sued by a lady who claimed he stole the idea and title of this song from her! The court case is on UA-cam and is absolutely hilarious in places! MJ won btw
This deposition is absolutely worth seeing, because you get a very good insight into how Michael wrote his songs. And I love this deposition just because of Michael's answer to a pretty outrageous question: "Yes, but I'm not sure if YOU know what it means."
@e.s.7272 True! One of my favourite parts is when they ask something about whether he can see any similarities between the two songs and MJ answers "Well we're both saying Dangerous.." Great answer to a ridiculous question!
@@e.s.7272 That’s the Mexico deposition for the song “Girl is mine” & “We are the World”.. the Dangerous deposition is audio only and only 20 minutes. The judge insults Michael at one point & it’s makes you angry at the way he was treated
Got the point? Good, let's dance!!
Saw him live in 1997... I remember us dancing and screaming like crazy in a crowd that was literally insane. Him performing dangerous was pure energy, perfection and sexy as hell 🥵🥵🥵
Saw him live, too. It was in Bremen in 1997. where did you see him live ?
Me too in sheffield and ive seen him in leeds and ive met him
Love to hear that!
I saw him @ Hockenheimring.
@@Annie-lh3ll dann bist ja auch aus Deutschland 😊 findet man dich auf Instagram?
Great reaction Seph. I’m aware everyone is already saying it but the 1995 performance of this song is a must watch lol. I think you’d love it
I'm really looking forward to it :D
He should just react to the whole performance once he’s done the HIStory album
He planned to do a video and release the single as the last one out of the album in 1994. It was supposed to be as big and gigantic as Thriller or Smooth Criminal to this album. Unfortunately, in august 1993, the first allegations against Michael appeared, and he was CRUSHED. He cancelled the rest of the dangerous tour, didn't leave his room and was on medication all day. He didn't believe someone would do such thing to him. Like smooth criminal, he didn't perform the song in the early stage of the tour, because he planned it to be the last big single. So Unfortunately, the bucharest concert you are about to see does not include this song. However, he performed it live the way it was supposed to be in the big music video in 1993 before the allegations, and well in the next tour, so we kinda get the idea of what it would have been like. What a shame! Anyway, great song and great reaction as always!
I love the demo of this song its soo good, has more of an eighties feel to it, Michael said he usually records in the dark so people won't be looking at him, he said he don't like people looking at him except when he's on stage lol
This entire album is a masterpiece. I remember hearing it for the 1st time I was completely floored!
Great reaction! Before you move on to the next MJ chapter you need to react to these first:
MJ live at the MTV 10th Anniversary show 1991
Dangerous Tour Live in Bucharest 1992
MJ live at the Bill Clinton's Inaugural Gala 1993
Super Bowl 1993
MJ Dangerous live performance American Music Awards 1993
Grammy Awards 1993
Oprah interview from Neverland 1993
All those are IMPORTANT
Thanx for your reactions! 👑✌️
don't worry i'm sure it's already sorted :D
@@SephPlays Hi Seph, if you react to the Dangerous Tour (probably Bucharest), I highly recommend you also check out the performance of "I just can't stop loving you" in Argentina. Siedah Garrett played a prank on Michael during their performance. It's a lot of fun - at least for me - to see a Michael who has trouble finishing the song because he had to laugh so much.
@Shinei-mike 🤣🤣🤣 Imagine Eddie telling MJ that he'll be in his short film as long as MJ is in his music video, and THAT'S the music video😅😅. Not a fair trade-off if you ask me. It's Eddie though so it was bound to be something 🤪. I actually love the music video and song though. I don't know why but MJ singing the phrase Whatzupwithu is just hilarious to me😂😂😂.
MTV live performance 1995
@@SephPlays Hi Seph, yet another recommendation ;-)
There are also videos of the Dangerous Tour rehearsal here on YT. Especially the snippet of "Working Day And Night" gives a little hint how Michael worked. I find this very worth seeing.
Michael Jackson 🙂
Oh Yeah! The album is completed! Thank you!! Now you must react to Michael Jackson's performance of "Black Or White and Will You Be There" at the MTV 10th anniversary 1991). This is MJ's first performance in the Dangerous era, therefore it would be great if you start with this performance.
Absolutely! You can tell it's his first performance of that era because he had that electric energy, like it was stored up waiting! Definitely recommend doing this one first!
A excellent album by Michael Jackson pure Quality and professional Music
now we need the bucharest concert reaction
Oh yeeeees
Not yet 😊
there is one more song from this era you should hear. it is called "Someone Put Your Hand Out". Michael recorded the demo in 1988 and tweaked at it intending to put it on Dangerous in 1991 but it wasn't finished in time, so, he released it as a cassette single for his Dangerous World Tour in 1992. from what i read, you could only purchase it at the Tour's concerts. i didn't hear the song until 2004 on his Ultimate Collection album. it is an airy, mid-tempo groove with a heavy bass line that'll make you feel like you're flying in the clouds. great song.
I told you this man was very versatile, I love the kinda mysterious whispery approach he took while doing the vocals, very different!
Omgg I can't wait for you to react to his next album HIStory, it was released after the 1993 allegatione, it was his response, Michael was ANGRYYY on most of the songs, rightfully so, it's his realest most personal album, I'm sure you'll love it ❤
I can’t wait for you to react to another full concert of Micheal again! Hehe
This album is a MASTERPIECE! Can’t wait for your reactions to the live performances! For me, he reached his peak at this time! ❤
Seph! The #MichaelMovie (the biopic) will be released exactly one year from now!🔥 Cant wait to watch it! Michael Mania will be coming back soon! I also have some news about it, one of these news is that during this week and more they are filming in Neverland (the real one). I cant imagine how Michael's son Prince and Michael's nephew Jaafar (who is playing him) are feeling right now, they must be having a lot of memories from their childhood🥺
Yay the album reaction is complete! Thankyou!! Please react to MJ at the MTV awards 1991 performing “Black Or White” and “Will You Be There” ⚡️
I heard this song when I was in my teens and never really paid attention to the finer details...like the emphasis on the 'S' in the word Dangerous. I enjoyed your review 😊
I really enjoy the demo version of Dangerous so I recommend once you’ve went through the albums, and all the videos/performances/interviews and whatnot that you’ve missed go back and listen to all the demos and unreleased songs from each album
People recommending 1995 version, which was cool, but he didn't done the entire song in 1995. Also Seph is doing chronological order so he'll be check out Dangerous era stuff first before he moving to HIStory era, so guys just relax. However, if you want to witness the whole choreography with the full song, you must watch his performance at the "1993 American Music Awards," which was the first time he performed "Dangerous" live. Have a nice day! 💙🖤
such a good sooong. and everyone is talking abt the 1995 performance and yeaaah, but personally love the 1993 AMAs performance too
I love the bridge in this song
“Get the point good let’s dance” was said by micheals sis Janet
Ohhh you're right I never actually paid attention to the the emphasis on the s on the word DangerouSSS 🐍🐍🐍 great catch Seph haha 😂❤
Do the dangerous video ,the moves are on point and slick !
Wow, you are so observant, Seph! The s in dangerous really DOES sound like a snake hiss! *mind blown* 😵😀
I love your MJ reaction videos. Dangerous is my favorite album from MJ.
This is one of the many songs I dance too.
The live performance of this song are really amazing!! You have to check them out, you don’t know what you will see ❤
This is such a fun song and the performance of it is top tier. I’m glad you enjoyed the song also!
I think this the first “talking” song of MJ you heard. You will hear a lot more from this in the next albums.
I really, really recommend from the last two songs: “gone too soon” performed in Clinton ceremony and “Dangerous” in VMA. And off course, from this era, the Legend Grammy Award speech in 1993.
You need to see the full choreography of this song at “1993 American Music Awards” start w/ the Dangerous Era Award Show Performances,Interviews and then his iconic Dangerous World Tour Concert In Bucharest!👑💯
NOO SEPHH YOU HAD TO WATCH IT WITH THE PERFORMANCE IN 1995 MTV. ITS SOOO GOOD
But im still in 1991. Thats 4 years in the future for me >.>
@@SephPlays And other than that, 1995 is part of the HIStory Era already, not Dangerous Era anymore
@@SephPlaysOohh ur doing it like that, we have to wait then😻
That’s a subway station ambience in the beginning🤦🏾♂️😭💯
My theory is it’s about Diana Ross, like a lot of songs on the Bad & Dangerous albums
Michael performed this at American music awards. Check it out.
Yayy💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾
A curiosity: yt was launched months after Depeche Mode Dangerous!
This is super interesting!
I don't know about the album version of this one, I mean I love the chorus and the beat is very addictive but I'm not sure about the whisper thing lol I mean I guess I get it, he was trying to add some mistery to it, but the LIVE PERFORMANCE I SWEAR its 🔥🔥🔥🔥 the choreography is ON POINT
He does it in the Live version as well😂😂😂 and it was more to convey his inner consciousness it’s actually genuis!💯
🙏👍👏👏👏🤣
now that you've completed the album i suggest you react to a consert from the dangerous tour , the best and most famous consert from the dangerous tour is in bucharest 1992
stupenda!!!!
As far as I know this song was about Madonna. He met her several times before.
Don’t think Michael ever once said that 😂
@@KD-cd2ck several times it was told that she was the inspiration of it. When you look at the time line they met in 1990 and he wrote this song a year later or same year.
Lol how can that be about her when he himself said she was jealous of him and just "not a nice person" the few times they went out lol and worst of all: she yelled at some kids who approached them lol
@@Anaabella-ey1 yeah that’s right. The girl is dangerous. That is not a positive song. She was an inspiration of it
@@ozmusic7970 you REALLY think this is about her?? Like, really?? Lmao ok then
Ad lib sounds like... She does ,she does! Like she just takes!
Can you listen to this one unreleased Dangerous track, it's called Someone Put Your Handout
And perhaps also to "Monkey Business"? ;-)
@@e.s.7272 Yep that's another good one
Okk Seph i'm back! Its sad that im back right when you finished the album😭 I must admit that i couldnt enjoy your reactions to it to the fullest because i was really busy in these few weeks and i had no time to write my comments😭 I was so excited when you were gonna start this album since its one of my absolute favourites😞 But now im back and from tomorrow i'll start my comment journey writing comments under almost all the videos you released during the last month and more in which i didnt comment! I dont care if im gonna repeat the same things the other subs already told you haha, i feel like i missed out haha🔥 I really missed talking to you
Really have been missing you too Alex! Feels like a hole in the comment section >.>
@@SephPlays Thank you Seph❤️🔥 By the way now there's one more song you gotta react to and i put it in the list i sent you of the Dangerous Album and it is "Whatzupwitu", with Eddie Murphy. Like I told you in the list, this is not a Dangerous Album song but it was done and released during the Dangerous Era.
After this there's still the Give In To Me short film and like you said in the video, the Bad Album ranking and now the Dangerous Album ranking too🔥 After all of this we can start the Dangerous Era but for that I need to talk with you via email or also here on youtube.
Ya sounds good to me :D So lovely to have you back Alex :DDD
@@SephPlays Thanksss :D ohh another thing, did you use my list for the Dangerous Album reactions? Because I think you got confused with Give In To Me and Will You Be There. Will You Be There was the song right after Give In To Me and for Will You Be There i told you to react to the lyric video because the music video is actually a performance or more of one or more concerts of the Dangerous Tour. I believe that you got confused and you read this explanation when you had to react to Give In To Me since Will You Be There was the next song and so it was right under it. Confirm me this though, is this the reason why you didnt react to the Give In To Me short film?
@@AlexSR__ nothing like that, i just ran into copyright issues with the official video, so instead of having to wait 2 days for it to unblock i decided to go with the music only one instead. But i will definitely react to the official video along with the others i missed "At some point in the future"
So it was copyright basically 😅
also please react to Michael Jacksons 1993 Mexico deposition
seph i dont know if Alex will put this video on his list but I think it is an important video and I think you should react to it the name of the video is Michael jackson neverland statement 1993😊
I wanted to put it in my list but dont you think that 3 hours is a bit too much? Is there like an highlights video?
Ohh wait wrong comment haha, I meant the 1993 deposition
@@AlexSR__hi Alex there is an 11 minutes video but isn't it just too short? 😂 you really should put the deposition in the list cause it's so fascinating to know and explore his creative process! Maybe you could tell him to skip the time where the lawyer just lists all of his unreleased songs and asks the same questions over and over again for like over 30 minutes? THAT is veery boring and actually makes it too long
💯 watch 1995 MTV music awards
VERY VERY IMPORTANT! before you go to the ranking of the songs off this album, there is one song that Michael released with this album as a promotional single for the tour, that he pulled out of the tracklist at the last minute before releasing but released the song anyway. It's like leave me alone (and come together) - It's not in the bad album originally as well as this song -
It's called Someone Put Your Hand Out. Great song, you should totally listen to it before moving on!!!!

Hey Seph check out this audio of Michael in court, a woman was suing him claiming that he stole her song Dangerous, Michael sings and does beat boxing saying that the sounds comes to his head and he translates them with his voice on a tape recorder, it is fascinating to know how he composes his songs, sadly this had to be explored in court rather than on an interview but it is really amazing, Michael won of course lol the woman just wanted his money because the only things in common with MJ's song and hers is the word Dangerous 😂
Michael definitely could of done the album better , I think jam in the closet dangerous remember the time black or white should of been on but the rest should of been taken off and he should of included blood on the dance floor and numerous other songs he excluded from this album
Lies there’s no way youve never heard dangerous before lmao
I urge you to Watch my first 2 reactions on Micheal jackson it explains why its impossible for me to know any of his songs...
But if you cant be bothered to watch them then I'll say it here.
I used to *Dislike/Hate* MJ because growing up i believed what the media had said about him "The child stuff". So i didn't want to hear about him or his music at all.
So i have a genuine reason why i don't know his songs. If you dont want to believe me thats fine.
But also know that i no longer think the way i did. This journey has changed my mind on this beautiful man. Very misunderstood!! RIP Michael
