These are all about the figs. At BrickWorld Chicago the minimum price for figs in these packs was $6-8 per. There will be a flat lull even up to a year after, but all of these will do nicely over time. Especially if you can get at least 20% off. I think the highest potential is the new Mandalore battle those figs are crazy good. Even the build has some value. My take on these from an investment is just to wait until just before retirement so you can increase your investment clock to hit the 12-24month expectations. Complete agree on Ahsoka story adding extra value on that pack. That one is a winner, but it needs to retire to get a boost in the market.
Hey, I don't tell people specific sets to buy - the best place to start is to binge on as many of my videos as you can, and you will quickly start to see the trends and performance of certain sets and themes etc. Start with this video that goes over everything for beginners: ua-cam.com/video/n9F__LAKXKo/v-deo.html
Nice discussion and great opinions from DG and KDX! I had a question though. I've gotten to the point where I need to source boxes. Do you have a list of say box dimensions that work well with the different box sizes? I know there wouldn't be a one size fits all but an operation your size must use standard sized boxes to keep costs down and efficiency up.
I think there will be very high supply for the 332nd Troopers because it’s the only battle pack retiring this year. It will almost certainly turn a profit in a few years, but there might be other sets that can generate quicker growth.
Great video as always! Enjoyed the guest appearances by KDX & DG. I agree with you that ultimately how much of a discount is available on this set will determine whether I invest in it or not.
Pro = short shelv life Con = to much suplly So I'm glad I had the same idea you had. Was wondering how you felt about the ($100) Palpatine diorama? Its often at 40% of in Belgium..
I would invest at any time, not waiting for a date close to retirement. So if they are on sale a year before potential retirement you would not buy them but you might buy them at a higher price a few months before retirement? So I would invest in these sets when the price is right, the time between the best time to buy them and wait has the same finishing time when you wait in buying them close to retirement.
correct, I would rather get a set for 30% off close to retirement than 40% off a year before retirement. Compounding and faster turnover means you do better in the end
Hi Shane nice video, i can buy this evening at a online drugstore (europe), these set 75359 at a discount off 45% off the M.S.R.P. price €20,99. Only thing is that you have to buy 2 sets. Shipping is for free above purchases off €20. So at a price off €11,39 a set is not bad i think?
I have been burned once. Ninjago gardens. will it retire this year. i dont know. I love your chanel and advice. Im just getting off the ground. I have spent 5K this year but we are a lego loving household. so its a very fun hobby and it teaches the kids e commerce.
Those sets have an overkill on the market, worlwide. They are usually on sale somewhere. Maybe get some on sale and hope for a price increase after EOL. But, seriously, I wouldn't. Do buy them for army building, though. The only exception is the 75373 Ambush on Mandalore. Fans go crazy for these Imperial Troopers. But overall, as usual, solid insight.
yep we know. if a retirement date is pushed out we done invest. Get the set as close to retirement as possible. we have been burned on tis before. Its a very simple plan.
Bad investment. Lego will just create new battle packs again and again. Who is really going to pay double for an old battle pack with clones, when they can get the brand new ones every year.
Yeah there are thousands of people who literally do this not to mention new star wars fans born every year , great investment on sale and use cash back
3:03 I just purchased this set at Target for 16.99 US. It adds some variety to the other Battle Packs that I have purchased.
👨🏽💻👍🏽

Problem these days is you have no idea if Amazon is going to "invest" in these as well.
Amazon doesn't invest in these...it is 1 market.
Listen to the videos and see what they say about interest and trends...or don't ;)
Where should I start ? Please Tell me one LEGO set I can invest in right now

what's your feeling about the 3 in 1 mighty dinosaurs? Isn't it retiring this year?

75345 and 75372 both sold over 4K last 30 days on amazon, 75359 2K. Double Qty sold in 1 month.
But still, selling 2K of anything in 30 days is a good seller. But I can see some saturation happening on these sets.
What's with the set release analytics?
I also the Ashoka for 16.99 USD at Walmart

Great video! And cameos from KDX and DG😁👊

Its often at 40% of in Belgium..
Sorry, but short life? With?
I would rather say. Pro= big demand
I bought two of the 501 because they were 20 percent off on Amazon Canada a few weeks back. Testing the battle pack investment

I'm only getting the Orange ones
I would think that we would see the battle packs from now go 3x profit in 5-10yrs
Oh my god your so cool 🎉🎉🎉🎉

Should i go for it? Or it's maybe better to wait alittle bitt longer. WWhat are mostly the best discounts?

Love your insight
Good investment but long time hold..
Good investment. Lego wont make the 332nd in battle packs again.

it seems simple, but many LEGO investors out there buy too early, so I keep saying it :)
The clone trooper army builder of the future won't be able to buy these now
Bad investment. Lego will just create new battle packs again and again. Who is really going to pay double for an old battle pack with clones, when they can get the brand new ones every year.
Lmao, your loss.
Yeah there are thousands of people who literally do this not to mention new star wars fans born every year , great investment on sale and use cash back
WHO? Basicly every Lego Star Wars fan lol
