My husband has been in the hospital for a week. After being with him everyday, it was a joy to see Camping with Steve video drop. It's just what I needed. Thanks for all you do, Steve!
I love your videos. I stealth camped for an entire winter underneath a fallen oak tree that may have been perhaps over a hundred years old. Heavy storms and prevailing winds had taken their toll. Indiana. It was particularly cold that winter yet I managed to survive with only a 10 spd. bike and the resources I had previously acquired. I always made it a point to not appear as if I were homeless. I would take "bird baths" in numerous facilities and largely remained "obscure." It was the best time I ever had in my life!
the richest life is one where you connect with yourself, with nature, and those who want to be near you. According to that measurement you are an absolute treasure Steve.
I'm going through a separation and live alone now. Steve you're the only place on any platform that I come to, for that familiar wholesome company. I play your videos at night in an empty house and it's like I have a friend over for a quiet drink. Thank you for doing what you do. It means more than you know. From a long time fan in Australia.

Just wanted to say thank you for continuing to be yourself, and working to live your life and entertain us even as the chaos of life continues to unfold around you! Love ya Steve, you've been inspiring me to get out there and hunker down for over 6 years now.

Brother, I saw your post but I’m commenting here to feed the Al Gore Rhythm. I cannot properly articulate the pain I feel for the turn of events. He is, and will always be, a neighbour who put more love, friendship, and life into the world than he ever took. We all have him in our thoughts.
Steve, you are a contributing member of society. You are the freedom that most of us within these urban jungles wish we could take full advantage of, the idea we could be one with the wilderness anywhere in the world, even in the middle of a city. Keep your head up man, we all love you, and appreciate you keeping on.
I think an underappreciated beauty of steve's videos is that they let a person experience all the random little bits of land we're surrounded by that still make up the collective 'commons', great video as always!
Saw your notice about Crazy Neighbor. I'm a former Michigander and outdoor enthusiast. My wife and I love your channel. Know this please, as bad things come into our lives' they will pass in time. You will be left with the good memories, the best memories of your family and friends. Peace to you.
Glad to see you back, Steve. Ever since I started watching your videos, I started to have the courage and curiosity to try camping for myself this year!
I love this guy. I've been a fan for a couple years... I totally lol'd when Steve said, "I strive for minor bylaw infractions" As do all of us Steve!!! Thanks man, you're the best... TIME FOR A STEP 2........ Lancaster, Pennsylvania, USA
What i love about Steve is that he's down to the basics and has fun. He doesn't need all the flashy expensive gadgets that a lot of us couldn't afford. It's about the little moments not the material things. ❤
Well put and what I really like and respect about him is that he won't trash the place either but cleans up after himself and leaves the place a bit better than how he found it. As for the minor bylaw infractions, personally, I'd just be the person who didn't see or hear anything.
6:41 Don't discount your work, Steve! We all need some relaxation after a long day, and your videos are perfect for that. Some people wind down with a movie or some video games. While I also do that, sometimes a "Camping With Steve" video is just what the doctor ordered. Thank you for all that you do. It really does mean the most to a lot of us ❤
The second he hung those glasses on the tree I thought to myself, if that was me I’d forget to grab those in the morning. Laughed when I saw he did the same!! Love you Steve!!

Funny thing is those "award worthy" washrooms actually have won awards for being the nicest cleanest public washrooms in Canada.
16:10 "Those vegetables made me feel a lot healthier and I think they're going to flush out a lot of toxins"... Picks up bacon beer 😂 love it!
It's bacon soda
BACON- Beer, soda, juice… either way that was hilarious and he totally did it on purpose. Thanks Steve.
Agreed
My husband has been in the hospital for a week. After being with him everyday, it was a joy to see Camping with Steve video drop. It's just what I needed. Thanks for all you do, Steve!
SAM SULEK!!!
Hope your husband is home soon and healing.
Prayers and best wishes for you & your husband. Try to let your mind wander for these 20 minutes with Steve. You can't beat camping for a distraction
Get well😊 soon
Love!!!
as a hard working man who spends alot of time in a truck, I appreciate the videos. Nice thing to end the day with on occasion
Stronger than before.
the richest life is one where you connect with yourself, with nature, and those who want to be near you. According to that measurement you are an absolute treasure Steve.

Copy that! 🤗💜
" everything is gonna be alright!" ...words to live by... :)
GOD Bless you!

@GrizzlyBoyz416 thanks for your comment, mate. Cheers!
I'm separated, too. 7 years now. Steve's videos are helpful in the evenings and during the nights I can't sleep
I can't understate how much you help people who miss the outdoors and lack the time or money to get out there nowadays. We love you, Steve, keep the content up. :))
Overstate. Overstate.
Since 2020 after getting covid twice I am left with a undiagnosed illness with rapid unintentional weight loss that has left me at 98lbs.

Just wanted to say thank you for continuing to be yourself, and working to live your life and entertain us even as the chaos of life continues to unfold around you! Love ya Steve, you've been inspiring me to get out there and hunker down for over 6 years now.
Just do it !
Happy to know I’ve inspired you. Thank you as well.
You are approaching 1.5 million subscribers and you are still the humble and kind man I watched when you first started. How rare. How special. Thank you for all you do!
You sir are a wonderful judge of character. Very nice comment.
I could not not have said it better.
Keep on hunkerin' down, even when you're not filming! We're with you in spirit, Steve!
Our prayers are with you and yours Crazy Neighbor, a lot of water under the bridge over the years, know that you both have made a lot of people happy and less lonely, we all have to live life on life’s terms, so many of us enjoy both of your company.. hunker down..

Agreed. When Steve says it for some reason my heart believes it. Everything's gonna be aaallright. ❤

Brother, I saw your post but I’m commenting here to feed the Al Gore Rhythm. I cannot properly articulate the pain I feel for the turn of events. He is, and will always be, a neighbour who put more love, friendship, and life into the world than he ever took. We all have him in our thoughts.
Great to see you back Steve we all missed you Buddy
Hell yeah.. Steves back!!
🤙🍻
Glad you're back. Always get worried when our boy isn't out there sneaking around in the woods.
Hi, I'm an ex-British soldier, great vids mate, well put together always interesting to watch and you love what you do. nice one!
Steve
Quality over quantity, friend. I don’t mind erratic uploads. Your videos are top-notch!
Best time of the week, camping with Steve 🎉
Welcome Back Steve!!!! Always so great to see you
Steve, you are a contributing member of society. You are the freedom that most of us within these urban jungles wish we could take full advantage of, the idea we could be one with the wilderness anywhere in the world, even in the middle of a city. Keep your head up man, we all love you, and appreciate you keeping on.
Steve's back!
It doesn't get better than this!
Hi Steve, glad to see you. Keep well and thank you for sharing
You're Looking AWESOME STEVE💯
LOVE the new Haircut❤
Stay AWESOME ✊🏽🍀🙏
Glad to see you back, Steve. Ever since I started watching your videos, I started to have the courage and curiosity to try camping for myself this year!
I love this guy. I've been a fan for a couple years... I totally lol'd when Steve said, "I strive for minor bylaw infractions"
As do all of us Steve!!!
My dude, this is great. Getting back to the basics. Sending positive vibes to you and all my fellow fans.
Seeing a new Camping with Steve video is like a warm, friendly hug 😊
what a nice surprise on this Thursday! a camping with steve vid always brightens my day!!🥰
Stay strong Steve. I was once homeless, and lately we've been feeling those heartstrings being pulled, alongside you. You are stronger than the pain
Good to see you Steve. Stay well and warm.
That shot with the bacon soda is living rent-free in my head all this time, and I think it's one of the best bits of humor I have seen on UA-cam this year. Thank you for your continual brightness, Steve.
16:02 Steve's low key sense of humor is as good as it gets...
😂😂, having a bottle 🍾 of, "Bacon.... Juice..🎉🎉" 😂😂
Always a pleasure to watch. Thanks for sharing your adventures with us.
Thank you for following along!
Thank you for the ride Steve.
I can’t explain why your videos have such a positive impact on me but thank you again. You should be proud of what you do.
Your welcome. And thank you! Cheers
I REALLY HOPE Steve Realizes how Much he’s LOVED by Us!!
The *WORLD IS A TRULY BETTER PLACE WITH STEVE ON IT!!!!*
...and also, how much he does for us. I went through a patch where I felt pretty low - Steve's UA-cams kept me company and helped me cope.
Things are much brighter now. PERSEVERE.
Been watching you for about 2 months. First off I'm very sorry about your wife, just seen that video. My prayers go with you. Second, I just love your videos, especially the stealth camping ones, it's gotten me through some very tough times so thank you from the bottom of my heart. I always have my step twos with you. Keep doing what you are doing, you help so many people. Love ya Steve and hunker down.
Steve, I discovered your UA-cam and have watched almost all of your episodes. My heart broke when you lost Beautiful Wife and now Crazy Neighbor is ill. Life can be so hard! I say prayers for you. Keep posting. I really enjoy seeing you.
YES!! I’ve never been this excited about a UA-cam upload in my life. Great to have you back, Steve!

You have deepened my appreciation for the outdoors and now im planning camping trips because of you. I really hope you make a camping cookbook.

Hugs from a safe person... I understand. The world has some crappy people in it. And sometimes we marry them.
The extra effort you put into your channel through these very tough times does not go unnoticed. You’re honestly inspirational man, great stuff.
An upload from Steve was just what was needed for me today. This is like a 23:10 meditation session.
Steve it’s so good to see you. I don’t care if you’re stealth camping or just recording stuff at your house I just want to know you’re doing ok.
I wish I were your neighbor so we could hang out.
Thx for the video.
I have some health issues and often cant sleep. After trying for hours this video did it for me. And Im not saying its boring at all.. I think I've seen every video of this channel that came out in the past 3-4 years. These videos just feel comfortable. (and yes, Im rewatching paying attention now lol)
