Thanks for all the hard work getting new content to the masses. I really appreciate your eclectic choices in music compared to the standard fare of screaming metal music on other car sites. One question is the food still good at the Voyager Cafe? I used to spend a lot of time at Mojave soaking in the aircraft. Especially in the 80's and 90's. Thanks again for everything you guys do for us!

Ian is DEFINITELY one of the most talented fabricator, sculpture and custom automotive creators in the business. HE TRULY LOVES WHAT HE CREATES. I am 79 years old going on 80.I have had hands on experience with automotive work but not even close to his caliber of PURE GENIUS. I catch every episode I possibly can. PLEASE KEEP UP THE EXCELLENT WORK. ❤❤❤😮

Jamie, you were mentioning about your downstairs when talking about seismic activity. I just remembered the name of the underground facility to look up: "Northrup RCS Tejon Ranch Underground"; there are people in the mountain town towards Mojave that claim there are frequencies emmitted from supposed underground testing. However, I would look up what time the town of Weedpatch has earthquakes each day and see if that correlates with the time you feel something; they have a lot and sometimes can be felt in a few counties....you can make a simple earthquake detector out of a lot of things; our local bar has long lights that hang from the ceiling and will shake when their is seismic activity

G’day Ian and Jani watching you fabricate that door jam is incredible how you are able to know in your mind how your going to do it when to me it just looks bits of metal and those pieces you have just tacked on will become beautifully finished off. It’s amazing how you go about it I’m 67 yo and have never seen a restoration like this and always wondered how it’s done, it just looks to me like rusted cut metal , I love watching you work it out it’s a pure art form anyway thank you for showing how you do it. Kind regards John

I think a lot of us were saying flip it, because of the contour of the bottom of the dash and the hood? But, there’s no way it would look as good as it does if you flip it! It looks Binga Banga!!👌🏻 Good stuff!!

New sub here. I found this thru IG. Really enjoy the approach you are taking. The raw documentation and the honest knowledge you’re sharing. I was wondering what you were up to these days and enjoy your channel. This is exactly what people want when watching automotive videos. Keep it up and I hope you can sustain while sharing your knowledge. Obviously there’s more than one way to “skin a cat” but I believe your approach is enlightening people to how it’s been done by the people we look up to not how it’s presented on tv.

In order to create uniform gaps on a door, the closed door must be galvanized all around, then the door is cut out with a knife. After that, the gaps are perfectly uniform! This method was used in the 1960s when building the VW Beetle in Wolfsburg!
