I live in Zephyrhills just a tiny bit north. Takes me no time to get to the concerts, downtown and the beaches. I'm only an hour away from Orlando still!!! Love it over here.

Mostly dressy casual but we did see people in sports jerseys and sneakers. They don’t enforce the dress code.
