And here we are in 2022 still having the same conversation about delayed projects ie crossrail its all a big game isn't it 🙄
I wonder how many billions have been wasted on all these projects in the last few decades..
Licencing causes monopolies
The black cab (Hackney Carriage) is a design classic. Preferable to travelling in any other type of cab, especially sliding door ones.
It's horrible to travel in. But yes, the exterior was spot on when it was launched.

Why they didnt free the market and allowed ordinary cars to be used, as is the case in other countries?
It is more convenient and cheaper.
