The production value of the video is incredible.
Classical music is just metal before electricity
If you want their most melodic one you should react to "Epilogue", if you want the fastest go for "The Violation", you'll love them

Fun fact, the vocalist/guitarist also recorded the drums. He was their vocalist/guitarist on the first album, then he became drummer and now he's back on vocals and guitar (and recorded the drums) And for the next time: Please check out Bleed for Ancient Gods by Amon Amarth live in Bochum! It's melodic death metal and p r e t t y heavy. Or do A Fury Divine from the same concert. Or just anything from that concert....

Glad you liked it. Their album king is one of the best I've heard in a while in this genre, you should maybe check it out in your own time? I recommend cold as perfection as a maybe start point if you want to further explore them.
If I should recommend an other band who is awesome very talented melodic and progressive in their sound is the band persefone they are getting better with every album they put out and their first one was already a masterpiece(in my opinion :p) but I would recommend, the majestic of gaia from persefone, personally my favorite. Keep up the amazing work my friend you are one of the most fun entertaining and good react/review channels on UA-cam atm

Metal is definitely influenced by classical music. That's why I hate to hear "metal is not music"... It's more musical than any sh*t that is released nowadays. And people just don't get it. Fu*k that

@@lix1916 I didn't said melodic death metal as a genre of metal ...like the Gothenburg scene, but it is pretty melodic... the last album. Even on the older ones they were. You can't compare for example, in terms of melodicity, old Cryptopsy to their stuff.

It is death metal they just have a symphonic side and are more technical with the sound. Death metal is not always about being brutal as hell. Case in point listen to Chuck Schuldiner's guitar work from Death. The guy is a great guitar player and could make add in a lot of melodic sounds with his guitar work.

@@METALBIRB Cypecore is definitely something she might like. They model their style from Fear Factory. They wear futuristic suits and masks, as part of the band's storyline. Look forward to seeing what you think. (I understand it will probably be awhile)

It's actually funny. BMTH did a interview. On the new album they came out with, Nihlist Blues was actually written like a heavy metal song, structure wise. From the words of Jordan. But of course it's definitely not heavy metal. Works both ways!

If u want to really know them try the violation. The guy u saw here singing and playing guitar in that song is the drummer, one of the best metal drummers ever. When he's drumming he seems to be an AK47.
This is a really good introduction to Fleshgod, but you gotta check out the Violation by them next. In my opinion it's not as good a song. But the drumming is just unrelenting. Francesco Paoli has the fastest blast beats I've ever heard in my life.

I know man, I see it but it’s going to be awhile before I react to another Atilla song. I’m a new channel trying to grow so looking for new bands and subgenres of metal to react and review to. I got one Atilla song on my channel but now looking for new bands, also gives me more to talk about when I’m not familiar with the band or genre. That’s the long answer for ya dude
