Fleshfod apocalypse is a great band! can you check out Sinister Ghost? they are a black/death metal band with symphonic elements, straight from Italy. Their album "What's left of human?" is awesome .

He is not just digging a grave.. He his digging himself up, back from dying. I strongly advice you to read lyrics and why he wrote it..Then all the visuals would make completely sense. It is seriously something out of this world.

Symphonic death metal more than black metal. Some blanket elements though

They're not Black Metal for the sole reason that their production value is above that of a potato. Kidding aside, they're really not black metal at all. It's just symphonic death metal through and through. Yes, they occasionally wear makeup to make them look like ghouls but that's just their aesthetic. They're like undead classical musicians that play some insane heavy stuff. And if you read their lyrics, more often than not it's actually deep and emotional instead of just screaming about satan and some horseshit black metal bands sing about.
