I bought the red one based on your recommendation, Alice, and I love it! I did have to wait several months as it was on pre-order (clearly, your love of the red one encouraged many customers!) but it was worth it. The leather is lovely and soft, the colour is gorgeous, and it is a nice weight to carry. I had no problems with delivery to Australia when it was eventually time for it to be sent. If you put the shoulder strap inside the bag and tie it inside with a ribbon it won’t slide. It will stay put as well as be more out of the way so it won’t get tangled when you open the bag to remove something. I’m coming to Paris after Christmas so I will totally check out this beautiful bag.

I checked out their website repeatedly times after watching your previous video. Their laptop bag looks good and the size is perfect but there’s no feet. I learned that colors of their leather are distinctive to its brand. However, I’d prefer it in camel. Black is gorgeous but I’ve exceedingly humid and hot weather all year round. Black looks rather heavy on me.

After your first handbag video, I tried to buy a bag from this brand, they are beautiful. I got to the website, but was unable to purchase from the US. I put all the information in, but nothing happened, the order just didn’t go through. I hope since then they have made it easier to purchase from here, has any other American buyer been able to get one from their website? Thanks, friends🙂

Hello! As much as I like and respect your taste I have to disagree .
Last December I purchased their red bag( following you) .
It came totally defective and the company instead of an apology and offering an exchange , told me to return it in a very rude way and did not fully reimburse me, imposing all sorts of taxes and fees . Altogether I lost $140 with their business .
Never again.
according to the company’s answer to you on the other channel, the bag was not defected. The refund terms are very clear on the website. I really don’t understand why you keep posting this message everywhere where the company‘s name is mentioned.

I want people to know what could happen to them too. It is my consumer right to do so.
I immediately sent them a bunch of photos of my defective bag but they did not apologize and offer to exchange . It’s a very bad attitude toward your customers and I certainly wouldn’t want their business anymore .
And I will continue to inform people about their CS.
