More and more are becoming aware. That’s why governments are calling for censorship. They know the genie is out of the bottle hence the reason they cooperate with major search engines to manipulate search results to suit the narrative. They haven’t necessarily deleted truthful items that opposed mainstream propaganda. You can still find it. Will take you hours on end on about page 5,345 of the search pages. It stinks to high heaven. Anyone still believing anything on the news probably thinks wrestling is real and Santa Claus exists. They are brainwashed fools. Recent years are absolute proof of that. The lies didn’t end and they always existed and more are awakening to it.

Thatcher-Raygun/Blair-Clinton destroyed the economy first... and through doing so, next destroyed social bonds of all kinds... and now, democracy itself.
Hayek's book was indeed the instruction manual for The Road to Serfdom.
Neoliberal economics inevitably gave rise to fascism, authoritarianism, technocracy... and totalitarianism.

We should be very afraid if Labour gets in. If it does, what is to stop Keir Starmer at some time standing aside and letting Sadiq Khan take his place. Remember we did not vote for Rishi. If this happens we can expect Ulez rolled out over the whole of the UK and sharia law to come into place!

Of course, nowadays you'd have to persuade people, most of whom rely in one way or another on some form of government handout (I'm in Australia) that freedom isn't a gift, it's a responsibility. It takes time and a work ethic to manage our own civic affairs.

But as they won by a landslide, the first promise they broke was that one. 1st past, the post doesn't represent the real beliefs of the British people. In the 2015 general election, the SNP got less than 1.5 million votes yet got 56 seats, UKIP Got nearly 4.8 million votes got 0 seats Lib Dems got over 2 million votes got 8 seats in parliament...

Here in Australia the preferential voting system is somewhat different. You vote for the candidate and party of choice but then you give your next 5 preferences to whoever. They then do deals with the 2 major parties and the smaller parties votes are given to either the Liberals or Labor.
Although the Liberals received more votes the Labor party with the lowest vote since federation at 32% was preferenced by the Greens and are now in power. Be careful who you vote for as the government we have now is regarded as the worst in living memory.

Trust is rebuilt from the grassroots up. So is social unity. I see both these things growing in an organic way. These are the solutions. We, the little people, are the majority. The uprising is a quiet coming together. When we all agree, say no to this, there is a way foward. Stop raging against their machine. That will take your time and energy. Just start, individually and personally just saying NO to what is offered and yes to free speech, honest opinion and sharing personal truth. Find like minded people, one at a time. Patient, persistent resistance is what makes Democracy strong, how it prevails despite, well, despite everything that seeks to undermine it. We really are all individuals. We have more in common than we ever have to fear.
