Just got the hood deflector for my 1995 Subaru Legacy because of this video and I love how it looks! How easy was the set up for you led light bar? I was thinking of doing that as well!
Nice! I was really happy with the look as well after I did mine! And the set up wasn’t too bad, I just had to find the right place on the bumper to drill the holes for the mount and then there’s enough space to run the power cord through the radiator/bumper up to the battery. I have another video posted regarding the set up if you’d like to check it out, it’s the Roadshock LED from harbor freight, it’s been awesome but I’d recommend switching out the relay as the connection wasn’t the greatest and it didn’t always turn on first when using, then after a bump or two it would work.
Thank you so much! The deflector you can still get from Subaru surprisingly but when you search for it it shows that it is for a Forester, here’s the part number if interested, E2310FS002. And yes, my hood scoop is worn a decent amount, the paint is fading and one of the inner diffusers has broken off, eBay has them but it’s a hit or miss!

Hood air deflector looks great! Wish my 98 obs looked half as clean 😅 so you think that deflector would fit the 99 model?
