I’m really happy I found this video- bro 22.3 was lit! Even though I’ve been doing CrossFit for 7 months and I still can’t do complete pull ups. Scaled was fun, and I learned that it was supposed to separate the athletes during this wod, everyone had a stopping point. Justin is a GOAT! Nick you are awesome!!

Great video dude! CrossFitter here Just discovered your channel! I did notice a common mistake you do with your double unders (arms drift out and knees come up too high) I’d recommend filming yourself and trying to adjust. I’ve got a video on it on my UA-cam channel and I would also recommend looking at some of the wod prep videos :)

You are doing RX that is pretty impressive! Been doing CrossFit for 1 year now and have lost 30 lbs However it's starting to get a little mentally taxings. I'm pretty competitive and not being able to do double unders, kipping pullup, muscle ups, rope climbs is a little demoralizing. I have no problem coming down in weight but not being able to do some of the moves is hitting me hard after 1 year.
Keep up the good work brother, they will come.
It took me two and a half years to get double unders ( I started in oct. 2017) and I did my first double unders in the CrossFit open of 2019. And then it took me an additional year to put more than one together. It took me a little less to do rope climbs, but it was in the foot grip , when I coordinated myself with the j hook I could climb, takes me a while. I still can’t do pull-ups but… if I can do the other things so can you! You got it.
