Tyrus, really appreciate the comments, hopefully you’re subscribed so I can keep sending you more content on these amazing grills. I call it a cooker a lot because it does so much more than just a grill. Thanks again, happy cooking!
@jbsmoke1, I believe it’s more nuanced than that. I have BGE, still use my MiniMax regularly for small cooks. But there is no doubt this is indeed a superior cooking tool. If I wanted a status symbol, I’d get a fancy car! 😊 My motivation was the ease of pizza stone cooking, the size, oh my can I cook a lot, and lastly I can cook so many more things then my BGE xl, which I love BTW. Can it cook a better steak, kind of, by that I mean I have more options on how I cook that steak. It’s like anything else, a better cook will get better results, but having great tools makes life easier. Enjoy that BGE
Can you put charcoal divider either way as in 25% on right or left. I happen to see someone cooking indirect and used the half great over the fire which was 50% on left side and used half hotel pan as heat deflecter on rack below. Thats why im curios about setting up fire box partitions. I would think indirect fire on right side and 1/2 rack on left. No need for heat deflector.
You can set it up either way, but the grill includes a 1/2 grill that would dictate one side, of course you can just flip it if you choose. Definitely no need for a stone deflector like many BGE folks use, I just use a little sheet of foil to catch drippings and block heat, works perfectly
@perezog Thanks for the responce, I watched more of your videos and I believe you mentioned that, I was watching someone else where the fire was on left side he then added next rack and put hotel 1/2 pan on rack as a diffuser. That was reason for question, for whatever reason I always see coal divider installation started on right side.
Hi - getting my 32 tomorrow and was wondering if you were able to roll it down the ramp yourself or did it require additional help? Thinking if I get a nice driver, perhaps that and $100 tip he will help.
Very nice. How did you go about ordering yours, and are you in the USA? Was it a good experience, everyone says Dennis is a great guy. Those grills have been on my dream list for a while but I am very close to being able to get one. I just wish there was a place you could see them being cooked on in the USA. Like Big Green Egg does with Egg Festivals.
Yes, I’m in Indianapolis. I have ordered a couple of big things from Dennis and both were a positive experience. Delivered by freight. Check out the website forums. There’s a listing of places you can see KKs in the wild and close to you.
Thank you, I’m not far from you I’m between Dayton Ohio and Cincinnati Ohio. I will check the forums. I do some catering and fundraising sometimes so there are times when I have to cook 8- 10 pork buts or 6 briskets.
Absolute beauty
I have the 23 Ultimate Oscar and by the way had the same experience as you, I believe we all did. Happy trails and many enjoyable cooks.

Hi Oscar, wondering what kind of plywood did you use to go over the grass. I have about 100ft of grass until the final resting place. Thanks!
Stop looking and start cooking 😀
They are works of art and beautiful. Do they cook better than my BGE - I think not. These are bragging point cookers for the well heeled.

Great job Oscar, thanks for the kudos!
