Pancakes. I’m not even bullshitting there is a full secret family recipe and everything that my grandparents made in the early 90’s for cafe. My grandpa was the only really good chef at it and the only other person he has show how to make and taught is me. (This is because I am the only one out of there kids and grandkids who loves cooking and has a passion for food). Every family gathering me and my grandpa cook pancakes together in the kitchen and it is always the highlight of the gathering. In short. Pancakes taste better. But more importantly it is more a emotional thing for me I and always going to reference pancakes with my grandpa who I love so dearly. I will probably talk about the times I cooked with him in the kitchen at his funeral. And is will definitely keep his original book he wrote recipes in for me so that I could learn his ways of cook. I know you don’t have a phone that isn’t a flip phone grandpa but I just want you to know I love you and hope you see this without seeing this.

Ok hear me out, I don’t eat normal pancakes, I separate the yolk first, then fluff the eggwhite, I then mix the yolk with flower and milk, and add that mix to the fluffy eggwhite, then I fry it, it’s so fluffy and nice, so I’m a pancake person.
