Sirianni got a HUUUGE ego check last year. I think he set himself up with the terrible choice of picking 2 first time coordinators. Unfortunately, I think Brian Johnson was really a scapegoat being forced to run Nick’s high school offensive schemes. If you compare their offense last year to 2021 before he made the smart move to hand play calling to Shane Steichen. Hopefully he stops acting like an immature high school kid after each win and during the press conferences. 🤦🏻♂️
How is Mike McCarthy lower than Nick Siriani? More just the Dallas clown show needs a scapegoat and since Jerry Jones never owns up to it, Mike McCarthy will take the fall. Siriani could be a 4, but higher than McCarthy, no.

He put this supposedly great team together and was expecting for those players to perform and for the coach to coach and not lay an egg against green bay in the playoffs!
Winning 12 games in the regular season isn’t easy. Yes they’ve fallen short in the playoffs but if you ask Raiders fans would you take 3 consecutive 12 win seasons while being disappointed in the playoffs they would do that in heart beat. Expectations are the killer of joy

Being cocky only works if you are good. And that was not a well coached team last year. We will see what Kellen Moore and Vic Fangio does this year
