On 5 th July, 2022 - I am writing this comment.
With 12th standard I appeared in JEE. In 2021 there were 4 attempts and I wrote all of them. Got 40/300 in 1st session with 64 %ile. In 2nd I got 72 %ile. After that the second wave of COVID came and other two delayed. But my score was not improved. So at the end I got 2,60,040 AIR with the 72 %ile.
In this JEE I was not studying for that exam. So, I took drop. Now this was new to my parents, my friends, my all relatives...
But I was quite confident that in 2022 i will crack JEE. I was in Bengali medium, and for 2022 I chose English. Now this was also very bold to my parents. But on days passes... I was lagging behind. For coaching I chose Physics Wallah's Prayash batch. In my 1st attempt this year I got 44/300, and result is not announced yet. For 2nd attempt 15 days remaining. And 43 days for JEE Advanced. Not qualified in NEST.
And still yet I am not giving my 100%
So I will not give up....

I got 85% in class 10 ICSE BOARD, and parents still not satisfied.
I lost much of my marks in English subject ,then tell me sir I have done well or not.
My parents and relatives lost the hope from me completely because I am unable to score above 90%.

Before i used to become 1st in class but due to lockdown i cannot go to school i cannot study well 😭 when i used study good everyone knows me but when i don't know about studies so they even talk to me . honestly, i was literally crying because of how bad my final science exam went, my teachers, families and friends everyone has really high expectations from me and i have always lived them like always got 97-98% but just because i lost a lot of marks in one exam here i was, wayy too much demotivated to even open my books for the next exam. i just wanna say a HUGE thankyou sir, i didn't know who you were a few minuted ago, but now you're my savior, thankyou, THANKYOU!

scored barely 50% in my 10th half yearly exams while everyone around me was 90 and above. I've always been a sincere student and believed that scoring decent marks in 10th would be easy.. however, I was too overconfident. I did not work to my full potential and took time for granted, mugged up things the night before and had a "these marks do not matter" attitude towards my half yearly.
As results arrived, my teachers were disappointed and even my fav teacher said she did not expect that from me. My parents are both doctors and hold really high expectations from me, the reason why I'm still scared to admit to them. Of course half yearly won't determine my final results and i tried hard to convince myself but deep inside i feel demotivated and my heart feels torned into pieces.
with a heavy head, i looked up to this video and bursted into tears midway through. Ur words hit me with a spark of hope, i felt better. Thankyou so much sir. I'll work hard for the 3 months remaining and forever.
My Pre boards are on going, really messed up my maths exam gonna score around 40-50 something, couldn't muster up the courage to study anything else but now i am gonna do whatever it takes.
