Loading up a laptop for movies & TV shows: simply brilliant.
Especially if you are single you can suspend some of your bills and services that you won't be using with no fees or charges, stuff like cell phone bill or car insurance. Also if you have some more "private" videos or photos on your laptop make sure the folders are NOT available publicly when connected to a public network, I have learned to much information about some people's "personal preferences" on deployment.
Workout like Prison... "Mission Capable" 💪
One thing I don’t appreciate about America is we have to pay for water bottles though I was told there is free water overseas
On the FOBs there is free water everywhere

I’m going to Kuwait for a year. Just got back from basic
SGT, what's your opinion on attempting online college while deployed?
Can’t be big workload so pace yourself
Was too easy since depending on your workload/leadership it could be done. Some days they would release me earlier than my peers since they knew I had 3 classes. There was this one time I was considered a full time student managing 5 classes at one time and finished with a degree. Totally worth it. Miss it and don’t miss it at the same time.
SFC French how do you not have a CAB or CIB but a deployment patch?
When you deploy with ODAs that all have a CAB already, they didn’t put in for one. I don’t ask for one, just didn’t happen.
