This is a brilliant video and an intelligently designed sequence. Ariele is an extraordinary, heartful, and articulate teacher. I appreciate the cues, the emphasis on warming up muscles and using PNF to stretch them safely, and the fact that this quality of teaching is available on UA-cam. Wow!
Lovely class, good alignment cueing for getting into some awkward positions for older hips. I have an old label tear and these asana techniques released the TFL and psoas without aggravating the joint.
Hi, I really like your class! If there is any way to make the sound louder, it'd be really helpful. I had my computer plugged to the TV and turned up all the way and it was still hard to hear. I will keep doing them either way, but just wanted you to know!
Thanks so much for watching, and for the feedback, @Kristin Craig. I have a pretty low-tech set up at the moment, but am actively researching better microphone options. (Meanwhile if you hear of anything iPhone compatible, i'm all ears!)
Thanks so much for appreciating and watching, Nellie! I have a pretty low-tech set up at the moment, but am actively researching better microphone options. Thank youuuu! Another great class 🔮💙🏆
thanks for taking class!

Seriously, your classes are amazing...BUT...I really can't hear much at all.
