Thanks for the video guide! I'm replacing the closing wheels on our four-row 7000 this spring and am planning to order these units. Nice to see a little walk-through in advance!
i guess Im asking randomly but does someone know a method to get back into an instagram account?? I was stupid forgot my login password. I would love any tips you can offer me.
@Trey Jimmy I really appreciate your reply. I found the site on google and I'm waiting for the hacking stuff now. Takes a while so I will get back to you later with my results.
Your welcome!!! Thanks for watching!!! Always remember if you dont see a video about something just ask I've possibly done it or it gives me ideas for another video
Have 4 rows narrow 7000. Where is the best place on the row units to improve it? Have new meters, belts, tubes, firmers, and drive clutch is two years old. I only about 20 acres of corn a year. No soybeans. I don't have a monitor but would like to get one. 1500 at local planter shop.
The 7000's in general bone stock are very good planters in my opinion Something we did and I was very satisfied with what results I seen just visually was we started running a spiked closing wheel one side of each row and a smooth wheel on the other side and I really feel it improved seed to soil contact especially in heavier soils and where we had cover crops....definitely get you a monitor so you at least know all your rows are planting
That’s great stuff! Their are a lot of those 7000’s still working.
