This inspired me to create my own ritual where I stop using my nightlight (signifying me merging with my shadow/unconscious ) after gazing at the symbol of the sun before going to bed in complete darkness
This was wild because i am getting the vampire service tonight and this video was released today without me knowing until after my also random shadow work episode played out today. We are definately in sync! I concur you are tuned into my plane and i did need to hear this. Because tomorrow should start a whole new journey!

8 years ago I was in a really dark place and found Micheal W. Ford, but I didn’t know what he meant by the darkness and so I couldn’t follow it up. It was only when I played a band that I hadn’t listened to since I was in school, that’s Tool and the song is 46 and 2. Check out the lyric version, it’s the story of the singer Maynard stepping through his Shadow and it has inserts of Carl Jung and the Shadow. It’s really good… see what you think.
