@@TritonBaduk It just takes practice to manage one's time in Canadian byo-yomi. You have to consciously make fast moves without being as directly reminded to do so. In theory it is the best timing system because of how flexibly one can use their time. But in practice it does tend to result in time trouble. Personally, I've come to enjoy playing Go with just basic chess Fischer/bonus time systems. Especially for in person games, since those clocks are so much cheaper and abundant.
Its so hard for new players to not understand playing some things out cause you blow points. It is also harder for me to count the more a game plays out. Just some really newbie attacks at the end
There are faster time settings available on IGS. The longest, default setting can definitely lead to some long games.
Yeah I think the 10 minute one is the fastest I can do without losing track of time. A bit of a minus for IGS.

I feel like he's a bit better than 10 kyu. He has a decent sense of solid play. At least in the first half.
what is this server where you have to wait to click? you can't even rage click or misclick smh
It feels weird until you get used to it. It’s horrible during review though.
This game seemed a little cruel. Good for the audience learning though
In what way?
@@TritonBaduk In that he didn't stand a chance. Poor little 10 kyu, I felt bad I was enjoying them get crushed.
Getting crushed is good for you. Gotta learn that you are overplaying eventually.
@@TritonBaduk I can respect that!
