God this game gets so much hate. I just remember the amount of fun I had grinding the speed run for Windy Hill Zone 1 (Not the tutorial level) and abusing the hell out of the parkour system to skip sections. Kinda sad no one fully gets how much you can actually skip just by abusing the parkour.
Fantastic run by the way. I should take notes lol I got to the last zone and my file got corrupted. Glad I kept going, despite not liking it all that much. I really appreciated the game a lot more on my second playthrough. It's tons more fun when you take lots of risks and try to complete each level as fast as possible. Lost World 3DS is underrated.
Did a few runs of this a few years back, didn’t practice much so wasn’t very good but watching this makes me want to get good at it… great run man happy to see someone running this for once. Never seen that skip in 1-3 either that’s p cool

And yes, we found several skips in the last few years. The big ones are Zazz 3 and FF3 OoB. But fun fact, in a laser IL you can skip Zazz all three times in 1-3!

you should do a super sonic speedrun of the game lost world 3ds has one of the most broken playable super sonics in history, it jumps and goes insanly fast, much faster then normal sonic in this game and i would like to see how much your time improves with super sonic
There are “help” items you can get by either dying a bunch in one level or by crafting them in Tails’ lab. These items make the game easier in general so this run bans them in any form
