Never thought about watching a speedrun for this game
First Sonic Generations 3DS speedrun that I've watched and I enjoy the show
Congrat bro ! (the burp jumpscare me with my headphone lol)
Watching you speed run gens 3ds really showed me how the physics were implemented for classic Sonic and how you get lots of speed by momentum

Something I really liked about this run is that you didn’t talk much, showing that you were fully concentrated on the game. That proves determination. I like it!

this is awsome, but is also doing something weird, i had this game when i was a kid and i basically played it non stop, to the point that i could probably get at least very close to this time collectively, so....as im watching this my muscle memory is kicking in, like my brain is subconsciosly pressing buttons in time with the speedrun

@@NeutralL12 Gens 3DS with Colors DS close second! Rush has the best soundtrack of the bunch though

How do you record these?
I have a console that has a capture card installed in it. It’s a service you can find online. The console itself is not altered in anyway except for the capture device.
The console this run was done on was serviced by Delfino Customs who you can find on twitter or google. Wonderful blokes
what's the deal with the slide?
It’s faster to slide down slopes always and then jumping out of slide as modern sonic actually is faster in most places than boosting so we want to abuse slide jumps as much as possible to gain speed
@@brandino6030you use the directional pad or the stick
@@JosephRouen I use the Dpad for everything EXCEPT classic sonic during Time Eater
