I with my family got IV (Dv 2024). I am the principal and booked flight to travel to USA with my family (derivative or accompany) for the same date. However, with unexpected reason I (the principal) unable to catch my flight and my family travelled (arrived to U.S before me}. So, what problem will come and what I (they) should do? Hi Mr Gray, do you know what's going on at NVC, they keep changing my children fees I have paid all fees but NVC keep changing the status and asking for monies that has been paid and waiting for interview dates that never came . I have 4 pending cases they chose to attempted to terminate one on the grounds that I have not been in contact for a year. Evidence submitted that I have paid including confirmation page but they still give me the standard answer. Even asking me to pay affidavits of support fees that has been paid already. Kindly can you investigate what is going on there? Is NVC hacked?

It about my visa application i have hit documentary Qualified DQ since December/ 27/ 2023, but hasn't got a date yet for my interview appointment. Now that's one, secondly my passport that i used in processing my visa application documents has expired this year March, but i already applied for a renewal which is out now with me. Could it be that the reason why i haven't been setup for an interview is because of my expired passport? And should i upload the new passport or wait until i get a visa interview appointment. I'm saying that the passport i use in processing my visa application documents which is IR1 category, the passport has expired in March 2024 but i already did a renewal of passport which I've collected from the immigration office here in Nigeria, but I haven't upload it in my case online. @daniel, you should wait on the passport issue. You need to inquire with both the NVC and Consulate where you will process your green card.

@elde, so you need to file the adjustment if in the US or NVC if you are waiting overseas!
