Haha, it’s mainly just diet, I never eat anything with processed sugar, chicken 4 to 5 times a week, leafy greens at every meal, carbs include rice, sweet potatoes, and occasionally pasta but never bread. Everything is as organic as possible, I try to get all my meat from local farms.
