Fixing, listing, looking for, selling and then buying a new house is probably the most stressful thing most people go through. Trying to coordinate everything so you don't get caught without a place to live bumps that up to a whole nother level. I really hope things work out for you and everything goes smooth!
Few good things in life happen without a lot of pain to get there. Keep at it, brother, in a couple of years you'll look at your new property and appreciate it all the more. Good luck.
Yeah, moving sucks. My house was on the market for 6 months and on the very last day of the contract (we were going to just stay where we were) it sold. I ended up buying a place with just over 5 acres so I made a small single track loop but the best part is that my back yard borders roughly 1000 acres of private land that I have permission to ride on (most of it). There are probably 15 land owners so it was some work to deal with that. The best advise I can give you would be to buy the quietest silencer for your bike that you can and limit who you invite over to ride. Some will say it's your land and you can do what you want but just have some respect and life will be much better. A lot of my neighbors didn't even know when I'm riding. So good luck with your new adventure!
Best of luck brother. When I bought my house, the previous owners paid me a months rent to stay until they were able to move into a place. I'd love to have some land. (still haven't messed with that TW200...to damn hot and never seem to have the time.
Hope it goes well for you mate. I know what it is like. We settled on our place and the tenets were meant to be out and weren’t. Five weeks later got them out but had no where to go lol. Selling houses is the worst thing to deal with
Invest in cattle. I'm 20. In 3-5 years I'll be buying my own 190 acres. Inherited 5 head. Makes a little over 2k on first sale. 3rd year in. I'm at 13 head. Dont have the original 5 head no more and made shy of 10k. Sale barns have feed charges etc 🙄 ass holes. I do work full time. Sense I wont own my family farm for another 30-40 years. Which I am very fine with and I inherited 5 cattle when my g-ma passed. I decided to grow it to soon ish 20k yearly and buy my own land with a 20k yearly payment. (Payment has to be off the cattle) I got other payments etc atm. (Note 1 cow needs 10 acres of grass) I've worked at 10k+ acre ranches and I've worked at chain ranch which owns land in Oklahoma, texas, new mexico, and kansas. So I do know what am I doing.

Had to of been a while. For it to separate mortar on tile and destroy subfloors.
