You’re the best acrylic pour instructor I’ve found so far, and I think I’ve watched more than two hundred videos! Great job! Thank you for the very easy to follow, informative, and well-paced lesson. It’s very much appreciated!

I’ve watched tons of videos on UA-cam, and I must say, you’re one of the best instructors I’ve come across! You were clear, concise, & quick. Succinct. Very intelligent, informative, & packed in a whole lotta goodness! Thank you. I’m a newbie to this new technique, & you’ve given me some excellent tips to start! Thanks again! 😄

THE BEST EXPLAINED VIDEO I'VE EVER WATCHED. YOU REALLY ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS THAT HAVE BEEN UNSOLVED MYSTERIES UNTIL NOW! YOU ARE TRULY MY HERO!!! I'M OFF TO POUR SOME PAINTS. THANKS SO MUCH!!!!!

I'm currently recuperating from life-saving emergency heart surgery [performed at The Cleveland Clinic!] and I've been disciplined by my surgeon over the past few weeks for not resting sufficiently. It was his suggestion that I watch some UA-cam videos to pass the time. Well, this one came up as "recommended for me" but when I saw that it was almost 40 minutes long - I knew my attention wouldn't last, but at least I'd watch the first 15 or so. WOW!! This could have gone on for hours! First, you are a phenomenal instructor and very professional in giving credit to those artists who added to your 'bag of tricks." Second, this video was part FUN science lesson, part art techniques lesson, and part color theory (with humor added in!). I'm definitely going to make a little set of these canvases for the doctor's office (using red paint) and tell him that I learned all about blood flow on UA-cam! You made my day - and it's only 8 AM!

I just left you a comment, but I forgot to thank you for showing us the finished work. There are some good painters on YT that don't show the finished painting and I find that a little frustrating. I am so impressed by your teaching style.

I don't know how I missed this video years ago when I was doing my paint pours, but your knowledge is super helpful. You're like the Alton Brown of art with explaining the science in this and your other videos 😅. I hope you are well and get inspired to make more videos of anything!

Incredibly informative video that I am so glad I found ! I currently am a resin artist and am attempting to try out acrylic paint pouring as it looks so amazing while also more flexible and forgiving than resin. Not to mention cheaper! You did an amazing job of demonstrating and explaining why and how each technique works!!! I Applaud you!!! I've watched many of the other artist that you mentioned, and yes they are fabulous but not so easy to follow a beginner. Thanks again for your time and dedication to the newbies!!!
    Kindest Regards,
    Cheryl

You are an excellent presenter. These are simple for newbies to follow, and explain the reasonings behind some of the choices made. I hope you don't mind, but I have shared these to the Acrylic Pouring Basics group, as we get so many new pourers asking the same questions. I doubt anyone could improve on your explanations. Thankyou!

Your video offering is a literal Godsend!! I have been pouring acrylic for abt a month, researched the art for several weeks b4 deciding to try it. Running into the many variables as I go along, Ive been searching for the info you share here, abt paint viscosity and why layer what and when.. And asking myself why things go one way or another. So many wonderful tutorials and demos on the web, very inspiring.. But this is the NEEDED To KNOW stuff, for me to continue, enjoy, and develope any skill. Thank You so much!! Ask and you shall recieve, eh??

I love the idea to spread paint along the edges so we don't have to tilt so much. I usually love how the paint comes out of the cup and I often lose what I love by tilting.
