What do you do if you don't get the factory data reset screen? I have tried this multiple times and it just goes into the normal forced restart. I can't seem to get the data reset screen to appear.
Can you do a video on LCD screen/frame replacement on the LG Stylo4 Q710MS? Also who do you recommend to buy the Screen/Frame from? Is OEM LG-factory parts or are they 3rd party products?
I followed your instructions and after I answered the second yes question it showed the Droid Robot lying down with a little belly door open and a red triangle with an ! in it. It also said “No command”. Any suggestions? We cannot get it to go past the lock picture
I am with Boost Mobile and recently purchased a new LG Stylo 4 mobile phone. Hey anyone with an LG Stylo 4, try and change the resolution from 1080 to 720 and see what happens. Upon reboot the screen is small and stuck up to the top left area of the screen, the rest of the screen is a pixel fuzz and there is no touch or stylus access. At this point It is impossible to get the the hard reset or factory reset option within the phone menu. You will have to hard reset the phone using the volume down and power keys to get to the hard reset boot menu. I was told that to save on battery it is suggested to change the resolution from 1080 to 720 in the settings display menu of the phone. In fact it does save battery life, about another half day of normal use. At this point the only thing you can do is first try to get the the hard reset boot menu. If you can great! Now, try the first option of just rebooting the device. It helped me to get back to full screen and it was successfully changed to the 720 resolution. If this doesn't get you back to a full screen, then you will have to get back into the hard reset boot menu and do a factory wip and reset. With a lot of phones it's all about the timing in which you press and release the buttons. I tried almost a dozen times using the suggested technique with no result. I have a suspicion that some carriers handle this hard reset in different ways. Additionally, from situation to situation, ie; glitched screen, froze up phone, accessing this from the phones settings menu, no matter, And this just might be my dumb luck, but I found, (Boost Mobile phone), that while holding down both buttons until the phone reboots and you get the vibration feedback and then you see the LG logo, I let go of both buttons and immediately re held both buttons and I finally got the boot recovery menu. Officially, you are supposed to hold the volume down at the same time you hold the power button until the phone reboots and you only let go of the power button and immediately re-hold the power key to get to the hard reset boot menu. It is a reported known issue for many mobile phone carriers forums and on LG customer service forums. If they know about it why won't they fix this issue? Just my thoughts, hope this helps someone. Why are they allowing glitched phones out there without doing something about it.
i did the hard reset and the pattern lock is still there and i cant get in the phone is there a way to deactivate the all settings please helpthank you

This did not help...my screen is stuck on the Secure start-up screen and I am unable to draw a pattern... I have tried shutting down several times and it takes me back to the same Secure start-up screen. I CANNOT DISABLE BECAUSE THE SCREEN IS STUCK ON THE SECURE START-UP SCREEN
