I know right that happened to me this whole story except the girl it was a man for me at the metro when I went there. So after I looked at this video I put my phone to charge while that is charging I was on my computer watching movies then after the two hours have passed I took my phone pressed the three buttons for 10 secs then it turned on. I am so happy right now because its been less than two months ago I got this phone.

What caused the problem you think. I had mine charging off my charger bank not the official. So could be stylos have problems sometime with none official chargers

I had my stylo 5 on the charger in my truck. I sent a text and set it down. I grabbed it about 20 minutes later to check it and the screen was black and there was no light to indicate charging. I am going to give this a try. I have tried everything else. My phone is less than a year old, was working fine then all of a sudden it wouldnt charge unless i hold the charger a certain way. I purchased a new LG charger. Nothing not even holding it a certain way. It keeps saying it needs to charge more before turning on and has a flashing red light. I will be back in 2 hours to tell you if it worked. After reading all your reviews i am at least hopeful. Glad i found this video before throwing the phone against the wall lol
